The panels were sparkly clean as I had hoped to get but didn't from a previous contractor (see my previous review). We had our solar system installed in 2019 and have never had the panels cleaned until now. They look brand new. Our production levels have gone down in recent months so am excited to see how that improves. He also cleaned our gutters in preparation for the forecast El Niño downpours. Nolan is efficient, professional and very comfortable on roof's! He accomplished both tasks in an hour. He went above and beyond by trimming the volunteer apple tree that is growing right next to the house (unfortunately) and shedding leaves into the gutter. He also suggested that rather than asking our solar installer to reimburse for the energy production levels that were guaranteed in our contract that we ask for reimbursement for the panel cleaning. Great idea. We'll get on Nolan's twice a year cleaning schedule from now on. Highly recommend Smart Solar Panel Cleaning and Nolan Murray. I also like that SSPCBA is a local Hayward business.

I'm going to recommend Edward to my neighbor. Thank you Edward for making it right! Gracias! 6/17 Update: We got a professional solar panel cleaner in this morning who took many photos of our roof. Even though Edward said he would clean the solar panels and remove the pigeon poop around the solar panels, there are obvious heavy droppings all around the solar panels that he did not remove and the solar panels were untouched. Basically we only got half of what was promised to us and we even tipped him. Very sad. I'm going to hire the same person from East Bay Solar Cleaning to also clean my roof since Edward didn't remove the pigeon poop.
