I emailed the inspection report to them when we scheduled their estimate visit. They sent someone out who looked at the roof and said they couldn't go up there to inspect because the roof material (metal) wouldn't support his weight (despite the roof material being clearly stated in the report I sent them ahead of time and the previous inspector walking around up there no problem). The person they sent said neither he nor anyone else at the company received the inspection report I sent so I re-emailed it while he was here and he did a cursory inspection by walking around the house (i.e., not actually getting on the roof). He said they'd send an estimate within 5 business days. That was 13 calendar days ago, or about 8 or 9 business days ago, and I haven't heard anything since then.

At the end, Gabriel billed me toward the lower end of his estimate, and I thought it was very reasonable for the scope of work, time here, and cost of materials which were included (the gutter guards). He transparently gave me the Home Depot receipt for the gutter guards and also gave me the remaining ones left in the box to keep at the end. I had new gutters installed on my home and heard a loud banging noise almost every morning from the…read moregutter area. We found out and sent pics to the owner showing the gutter was in a bind. Every time it got warm outside the gutter would contort and bang. Shawn didn't believe me until I sent a pic of the contorted gutter in the am. his men came back and fixed their error. Secondly, awhile later, roof tiles shifted and it looked like another section of gutter was bent. Shawn said the tiles broke free from poor glue. I said the tiles have been fine for 20 years until the new gutters were installed. He came out after much resistance and said what I have is normal. I said that normal wasn't there before you worked on my gutters. As you can see from the end result the gutters were incorrectly installed. He came out and left without any notice of repair. I guess I'm supposed to accept sub-par work even though I never asked for a discount for less quality. You can also notice that were they removed the original gutters they used a nice "gray caulk to seal the disturbed stucco that they said they had to break to remove the old gutters. I told him they have a multi tool that could cut the old gutters flush so that no extra time or sealant would be needed for the new gutters. Plus it would look like professionals did the work. I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE AS SUB PAR WORK SEEMS TO BE THEIR FORTE'. they CHARGE THE SAME AS ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE GETTING IT DONE RIGHT IS A PERSONAL FAULT MEANING HIGH EXPECTATIONS OF THE HOMEOWNER. ITS A SHAME THAT I HAD TO TAKE THE TIME TO DEAL WITH THIS IN MY DAY. I ONLY HOPE THAT THIS WARNING SAVES SOMEONE ELSE SOME GRIEF.
