They showed up right on time with a crew of three to soft wash my roof and solar panels, repair a couple of the bird deterrent devices they installed years ago, and clean out our gutters so everything was flowing properly. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and made sure everything was cleaned up and working properly before they left. It's great working with a company that shows up when they say they will and delivers quality work. I would absolutely use Top Elevation Roof Cleaning and Repair again.

Our homeowners insurance company, Liberty Mutual, informed us they wouldn't renew our policy unless…read morewe had the moss removed from our roof. They use drones to inspect their customers' homes, and since we rarely see the roof ourselves, we hadn't realized how much moss had accumulated over the years. We initially got a quote from another company, but decided to get a second opinion to ensure we were getting the best deal. Moss X provided a significantly lower estimate compared to the first company. They completed the job in about half a day, and our roof now looks brand new! They took before-and-after photos, and the difference is incredible. We submitted the photos to Liberty Mutual, and they reinstated our policy. Not only did this save us the hassle of shopping for a new (and likely more expensive) insurance provider, but it also extended the life of our roof by preventing further moss-related damage. I highly recommend Moss X for any roof cleaning needs--great work, affordable pricing, and excellent results!
