Her name is Stephanie and she's amazing. She always worked with me to get a great style and I was always happy. I just moved to Los Angeles and I can say that she does just as good a job as many people do here--but for much less. Before I moved I recommended a few of my friends to try Stephanie. They're all still going there, which is great. The location was a little out of the way since I lived right by UCF, but it was worth it. Definitely worth checking out. They charged me $53.07 which sounds outrageous but I needed them for my trip. The hem lasted a couple weeks. I brought them back in today thinking they would just fix their work. Seemed obvious. They actually told me it wasn't their thread and they didn't do it. The lady actually said she didn't recognize my face and I had never been there. I told her it was the first time I had been there so not surprised she didn't remember me. I showed them my credit card receipt with the date and the charge. They still said it wasn't their charge. The lady said she would re-do it at a discounted price. I said you can't be serious. They continued to speak in Chinese about the situation to which I had no idea what they were saying since I don't speak Chinese and which is also EXTREMELY RUDE! I took my jeans and left promising this review and now delivering.

We went about a week before our event and they couldn't have been more helpful. The two owners both know what they're doing (they apparently do A LOT of wedding dresses and other gowns/dresses, as well as pretty much anything else you may need tailored). There are pictures all over the wall of all the dresses they've altered. I saw several people in there getting fitted. We just needed a stretchy top altered, but she did the perfect job. Not too tight, not too loose. It was ready when promised and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely go here again if I ever need any type of alterations.

A beautiful royal blue button down that fit exactly to my frame, a beautiful black hat that was exactly the size for me, and to top it all off he provided me with the most classy royal blue matching socks.
