NOT GOOD! Vicki creates a healing plan specifically with EACH individual in mind. :-) I also know that she REALLY knows what she's doing, because results say it all! The other times I came for sprains or other injuries, but this time it's after tendon surgery on my left foot. Vicki is directly above my podiatrist group downstairs, & can consult with my doctor who did the surgery. I was in a LOT of pain still before I started PT. I am now only in my second week of PT, & am starting to see a HUGE improvement in pain level & range of movement! Then WHY is there an answering service? My MRI appt got canceled TWICE because this office failed to call my insurance company back to authorize it.
