You rent the rooms for 1.5+ hours at a time and once you check in and they brief you on the room and how everything operates, it's your own private paradise for however long you've rented it. Really disappointed... I had just filled my tank up before heading to wasilla. I ended up almost half a tank of gas. Plus it's a 57 mins drive one directions and 57 mins back. 2 hours of my day I can't get back and a very expensive drive. I am still very upset about yesterday.

Upon arriving I met with my stylist (whom will remain unnamed) and explained to her that I needed my grow-out highlighted. My hair is a very natural blonde, and I explained to her that it needed to stay that way. When it came time to rinse, it was revealed my hair was now brown/green. I started crying. The stylist told me it was what I asked for when it most certainly was not! I had to go to a color correctionist that same day to have my hair stripped and re-dyed. I couldn't wear a pony tail for months because it would snap my hair off. Every time I brushed my hair huge clumps would just fall out. It was a nightmare.
