Concrete were gone the fence was down all the while them not saying anything but that they had to cut some of the pipe for the pool. So after all of this after about a week the water backs up in the house again. ( first time before they " fixed it" the septic tank was full and needed pumped out. Now the thing backs up about once a week the pipe they put under the house they got too deep and it runs up hill to the tank I had them come out and they said it was my lateral lines. That I didn't have any. So I dug in some new ones hitting all the old ones that weren't there I told them that the tank would over fill if it were on the lateral lines As of now I have to go out every day or two and run a pipe down the clean out or the pipe ( they put in ) had a plug that I nock into the septic tank. They in short made a full tank that only needed pumped cost me $27,xxx.ccx. I had them out several time there answer to me was i needed to put in a new system but the system was working for 20 plus years just had a full tank and after they worked on it and took my money. It doesn't work

A technician came out and after looking at it briefly said it would be $440 to be repaired. I asked what I was paying for the tech said it'll be $440. I said I'm not sure you understand what I'm saying I'd like to know what am I paying for as far as labor and the part for the replacement faucet. he said I'm not sure it's just $440. I said that sounds kind of expensive. Could you break it down for me? He said no I really can't break it down. I'm not sure I'd have to ask someone else. so I had to argue with him for about 15 minutes. finally I said, look I don't want to do business with you if you can't tell me what I'm paying for. so the tech finally went out to his truck called someone. Hen came back and said it's about 100 some dollars for the faucet and the rest is for the labor for the repair. so I found out that I would be paying a two hour minimum even if it took him a hour to repair. I'd be paying a two hour minimum labor at $150 an hour plus the price of the faucet. This is the exact experience I had with Roto-Rooter before. they hide their pricing. They want to charge you a high minimum labor rate per hour and not be honest with you upfront about what you're paying for. Don't use Roto-Rooter. They're not a reputable company.

Had to call Paschal to get them to honor that. Then they claimed I did not have a 10 year warranty that I paid for. Had to show them my papers to prove it. From there I did purchase a service agreement with Paschal for 2 annual inspections. The first inspection they told us our duct work was old and dirty and needed cleaning. We had all new duct work put in when we got the new system from Larson just a few years before. All the duct work is still nice and shiny. I called them out on that. Not even an "oops our mistake". From there I had asked each time that they call the spouse as they work from home when it was time to schedule service or the tech was on the way as I am at work and not always able to answer my phone. They continued to call me EVERY time. Each time service was scheduled they would then call to reschedule because they were so busy. This would happen till I would say no your keeping my appointment. Keep in mind they are billing my card each month for my service agreement. Then the tech tried to convince my spouse we needed a new hot water heater. It was only 3 years older than the new HVAC system and duct work. The end came this year when we had to call again to point out that they had not scheduled service for spring in the middle of June. They Then rescheduled twice before I said no. Also still contacting me and not the spouse. So on the 13th of December 2025 I realize they have not completed our fall service. I feel that spring should not be mid June and the fall service shouldn't be halfway through December. Maybe I'm wrong. I decided I was done. I had to call 3 separate times to get the "meber service coordinator" on the phone because she was "the only person that cancell your plan" conveniently a few days before my plan billed my card. When I did get her on the phone I canceled and pointed out why and asked for my money back that I had paid since my last service. She tried to deny that. Had to have a managers approval. I asked her to get the approval. Here is where it gets good. She come back and tells me the manager said they would refund my money but I could never use them for service in the future. All because I called them out for poor customer service. I simply pointed out why I was leaving. I switched to New Era in Republic since they are the ones that had put in my water heater. And saved $90 a year on my service plan.

( I guess in the winter it can't be checked over the inspector who did our home said this to us. However it was a 20 year old system and you actually can check it by taking a panel off guessing it wasn't done. ( We're new to this) Anyway we called All Klear, came out right away checked it explained things clearly to us they were absolutely kind not pushy and that was a Monday, this last Monday the 23rd of March. Today is the 25th of March and they are putting an entire new system in. Thank you to this company Zach, way kind Barry thank you super kind and the two men out here now doing this now Richard , Johnathan and Cody. Thanks men.. The Brooks-

However, that was the beginning of a year of headaches and runarounds. First of all, the unit they put in was entirely too big for the house (a 4 ton unit for a 1500 sq ft house). This was admitted by the techs when we called them out to address the extreme humidity in the house (80%+ humidity with the AC on), which was caused by having an oversized and overpowered unit. So we were given a unit completely inappropriate to what we needed, and charged more for it. This caused us headaches throughout the year. Fast forward to this winter, and we are having more issues with this year old furnace. We had to call them out twice in the course of a week to do repairs, at least one of those because the furnace froze up due to no one having thought of running a vent down to the cellar. We've ended up paying what is likely thousands of dollars more than is necessary stemming from this brand new unit which has given us far more grief than our previous unit ever did prior to it going out. Maybe my situation was unique, because I see all the positive reviews otherwise. However, if I were to recommend anyone to a friend, I would not recommend All Klear anymore. They've lost my confidence entirely.
