From the very first phone call to the final cleanup, every single person we worked with was exceptional. Victoria, the office manager, was an absolute delight to speak with. She was kind, knowledgeable, prompt, and always willing to answer my questions and address my concerns about our central air unit. Every interaction with her was pleasant and professional.
Jerry, the owner, came out to inspect our unit and was quick to provide us with an estimate. He was professional, informative, honest, and incredibly respectful. As a woman, I especially appreciated that he took the time to explain everything without talking down to me or treating me as though I wouldn't understand--something that unfortunately still happens far too often. He was courteous, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us make the best decision.
His estimate arrived quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised that it was lower than the other two companies that had bid the same job. Even better, when I called to schedule the installation, I expected to hear we would be waiting two or three months. Instead, they were able to get us on the schedule within just a couple of weeks!
When installation day arrived, Jerry introduced every member of his crew, and each one of them was polite, respectful, hardworking, and professional. Even when Jerry wasn't on-site, his crew worked diligently, treated our home with respect, and completed beautiful work. They cleaned up after themselves throughout the entire job, leaving everything neat and even took all the trash and old materials with them!
It's rare these days to find a company with such outstanding customer service, honesty, professionalism, and genuine appreciation for their customers. Thanks to Jerry and his amazing crew, we now have a brand-new HVAC system and are finally comfortable in our home again.
