We usually stay in Sercotels because they are very reliable. This one had a nice pool, it was well air-conditioned, the staff was friendly, and the room service great. If I were to return to Valencia, I would definitely stay there again. It is not located in the center of the city, but it is easy to get there by bus or metro, and it is easy to park. + The beds was good and the view over the congress was nice. Chill with different music-options in the bathroom. Good air-conditon, free and good wi-fi in the room. Good to have fridge/mini-bar and safe on the room. Excellent service in the hotel-bar and in the restaurant also. The food was tasty, specially the lamb-menu in the restaurant and the buffalo-wings-menu in the bar! Most of the receptionists was also doing a great servicejob. The swimming pool area was relaxing and fine. The breakfast was good and the service was even better. - Little boring fitness-room, they should buy some heavy weights for squats and deadlift. My family enjoyed our suite, quiet dinner service and the longe bar. The pool was fun and gave the girls a neat activity plus meeting lovely Aroha in the kids club. We wishef we could have stayed anothet night. read more
