We have ordered delivery from here 5 times over the last 4 months or so. The food is great but they have yet to get an order correct. Each time they have either forgotten the two liter, brought the wrong 2 liter, or left toppings off the pizza. LOWER RATING BECAUSE OF ERROR, NOT FLAVOR We ordered a 14" Mediterranean Pizza and was pleased to see NO mozzarella listed for the Mediterranean. It contained spinach, onions, Roma tomatoes, feta cheese, black olives and basil pesto. I ordered it minus the grilled chicken. I ordered for delivery and it came within 10 minutes of the stated time. I added 2 tbsp of sliced kalamata olives before serving. We enjoyed the crust. The pizza was covered in mozzarella, it was the entire first layer on top of the crust. I should have specifically asked for NO mozzarella instead of assuming it did not contain it bc it did not list it as an ingredient for that pizza. It was the only pizza on the menu which did not list mozzarella which was why I choose it. On the online ordering, there is no box for comments, so I called after I ordered to make sure they excluded chicken. I should have confirmed no mozzarella. I did not taste the pesto, it could have used some fresh basil. My mozzarella-loving partner enjoyed it. I would order it again if they can make it without mozzarella. A great addition would be a little ricotta with the feta, I'd order extra tomatoes. So I can't honestly review the pizza since when I removed the mozzarella, the toppings were embedded in it. read more

I actually was mad when they relocated from Bayside Lakes to Minton and Malabar road. Bayside was 1.5 miles away and the new location was now 7. But since their pizzas are the best I've ever had in the country, it's still worth the trip. Problem is no matter where I travel to and had others pizza, Sopranos set the standard for me and the others fall waaaaay short. So much that I don't bother having pizza elsewhere anymore. Got greeted by a great waitress that was very polite and gave us the appropriate attention during our visit. The food however, was ok. We ordered some cheese sticks and for $7.95 we only got 5 pieces and a small cup of sauce. Cheese sticks didn't have much flavor. Quantity and quality for the price was poor. My wife ordered a small pizza for us to share. The dough didn't have much flavor. I ordered the chicken alfredo, it was ok. The noodles and sauce was good, but the chicken seemed over cooked/dry. Have frequented this place several times, both pick up or delivery. First time was pre-covid and everything was great. Two months ago they didn't even start making my order before I walked through the door. Apparently they can't communicate at all. Tonight added another item to a delivery order, wasn't delivered. Apparently the chicks on the phone can't communicate with anyone besides people on the phone. The food is not worth what they charge. The staff is rude, and incompetent. I placed an order at 630pm, and at 815pm, I canceled. I called three times looking for my order and was met with snarky rudeness from the girl at the counter. When I told her I wanted a refund, she laughed. I demanded her mgr,she laughed again. Manager apologized, but no one could refund my money without calling the owner first. I had to go the next day the get my refund, and was met by nasty looks from the "girl" behind the counter. I ordered two pizzas for pickup. I get there to pay and I was told it would be just a few more minutes. Well, they forgot about me. Fifteen minutes later another waitress asks me what I am waiting for. The pizza chef informs her that my pizzas are sitting on top of the oven. We had memories of a delicious white pizza we ate here years ago, so we decided to forgo the the negative reviews on Yelp and venture once more to Sopranos in the hopes of finally finding the best pizza in Palm Bay/Melbourne area. We ordered the white pizza, of course, and the Margherita Pizza to start. Our mouths immediately began watering upon the arrival of our pies. Fresh minced garlic, pesto, olive oil, and extra fresh "muzerell" ...it was pizza heaven! The flavors were bursting with warm, salty goodness in every bite. The dough was cooked to perfection, crispy yet soft and consistent throughout. Feeling brave and confident, we ordered more, their classic NY style cheese slice. That's when things took a turn for the worst. Gross, cheap cheese perhaps? Flavorless sauce from a can maybe? Doughy dough! I don't know for certain, but we found ourselves in situation not even eye candy Wayland could get us out of. How to rate? On the one hand so good, yet on the other, so blehch. So much like the Sopranos show, not a very good ending. The combination of the amazing specialty pizzas and the hunky waiter earned Sopranos 4 stars. My mom always wants extra hot wing sauce because it reminds her of Red Devil which they don't sell down here. The salads are fresh and good. We haven't tried the pasta dishes. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Sopranos! Appetizers were perfect. The shrimp Athena was really tasty and the fried calamari was fresh, not rubbery at all. As an Italian family we are very picky about the sauce. Sopranos passed with flying colors! I had the Carbanara and I have to say it was one of the best I have had. We didn't try the pizza but my nephew said his calzone was crispy and stuffed full of cheese and meat. The restaurant wasn't crowded so we got a lot of attention from the waitress who was friendly and professional. My family and I moved down from Connecticut to Palm Bay in July near the Bayside Lakes area. The transition from New England to Florida has been difficult finding great customer service and food. Soprano's was originally located conveniently down the street in the Publix plaza. We were craving pizza in Palm Bay. Seriously, we have plenty of opportunities to choose from around here. We gave them a chance. The server was a young kid with dark hair. He looked Italian. No wonder he got the job. It's no different if they hired an Asian for a buffet or a Latino for an Aztec looking Mexican restaurant. I felt the Italian vibes. Good job. However, customer service was already starting off poorly. He was missing his pen to take our order. My dad and I ordered two root beers. The root beer was as flatter than roadkill. I was curious about the calamari but they ran out. Why didn't he mention this before I ordered? We decided to order two pizzas. When the pizza came out, they looked decent. They weren't brick oven style. They were very doughy. More dough than toppings. Generally, you pay lots of dough for less dough and more toppings. Am I right? We never went back after that experience. The Bayside location has closed for several months, but they recently moved into the Winn-Dixie plaza off of Minton and Malabar. I live near their old location, but I work right next to their brand new location. The old Radio Shack separates our two stores. After a long ten hour shift, I decided to go next door and give their new location a chance. When they moved there, I heard they were giving out discounts for anyone who worked in the same plaza. That was one incentive for coming back. As I arrived, I walked up to the front cooler desk. "I am here to sit down, eat, and leave." The lady stared at me and laughed. She said some rude comment about knowing that there is a payment process involved. Well, of course. I am not coming in to eat and leave without paying. Anyway, I sat down myself. Yeah, it's not like the old location where they invite you to sit down. That was awkward, not inviting, and I sat there to wait. The menu was delivered to my table. I looked it over for the 4th time because I glanced at it via their mobile site prior to my trip. I was craving a stromboli. I knew the local competition has really good strombolis. After I ordered, I told the new server about my poor experience from the old location. She wanted my family to give them another chance. She admitted that the kid left and she took his place. She "kissed the soda machine goodbye" when they were moving out. Well, why didn't he tell me that it wasn't working properly? Anyway, my stromboli came out. It was nearly an $11 Veggie Deluxe hot pocket. It wasn't loaded. It was oozing more cheese than peppers and vegetables. The breading was okay, but there wasn't anything to it. The drink alone was $1.99. I paid $13 before a tip! I even gave her a $3 tip. No appreciation. They didn't honor anything for my poor experience. The discount for working in the same plaza was only for grand-opening specials. Now, I know where I stand. I am taking my business across the street. Fired-Up has better pizza, better strombolis (feeds 2 people), and much better service. Have I recommended any of my customers to go next door? Fuhgeddaboudit! read more

I had a great visit, we ate in. Had garlic knots to start with marinara sauce. You could tell their marinara was fresh and homemade! Had so much flavor! Their garlic knots were large and fluffy with the perfect amount of crisp on the outside. We ordered a 14" pepperoni pizza to share. The pizza was great! We ordered 2 fettuccine Alfredo and baked ziti. It was the most disgusting, driest, and unflavored food I have ever eaten. For $50 you would think it would be atleast half decent. You can really taste the ingredients, spices, and herbs -- which you can't do at those popular fast-food/ commercial chains. Expecting good sausage and pepperoni, all we got was a lot of fluffy cheese inside the crust. I moved to the area 8yrs ago and was delighted to find a place that had amazing pizza close. They had some great deals for pick up and the staff though never overly nice was never rude. That all changed in the last 2yrs. The quality of food has declined drastically and the staff has a smug attitude always. And to top it off the prices have all gone way up. I decided to give them one last chance and had my wife order so i can pick up on the way home. When i got there they told me that the bill for 2 med pizza and 10 wings was almost $40 and it was going to be another 20mins before the food was ready. I then asked them to take the overpriced wings off because i couldn't see ever paying $12 for 10wings. They said the wings were already cooked. And if i want to take them off they would do it but they would no longer take my order. That's right i can pay for wings that would have been cold before they handed them to me or not order their anymore! I promptly told them that wasn't a problem and to just cancel the whole order and went to fired up down the road. The food is decent but not worth half what they charge. They are not a 5 star restaurant they are a pizzaria in a strip plaza between a hair cuttery and a state farm. Coming from up north i know that's where you find the best pizza is in hole in the wall places off the path but there is something to be said for friendliness and service to go with food. I am an avid pizza lover. And I have given this place more than one shot. The first time I went I was greeted by the counter girl(hound blonde, probably first job) and was given the worst 'stank face' you could tell she was only there for a paycheck. I sat down and ordered a medium cheese pizza. The sauce had a mysterious sour taste, and was extremely acidic. I chalked it up to the end of a batch. I ordered a pizza To-go last night- and not only was it mildly cold upon delivery, but the sauce was disgusting. As sour as if it were a lemon. I chucked the whole thing on the garbage and settled for papa johns. I'll never order from here again. read more

Incompetent Cook; Owner Doesn't Care; Going Downhill FAST Haven't been back in months and from the looks of recent reviews at TripAdvisor (for which they have a sticker on their front window) things haven't improved any. This used to be a good neighborhood restaurant that we ate at and ordered takeout from regularly, but now they act like they just don't care and take their customers for granted with consistently bad service. Our last attempt at giving Soprano's "one more chance" resulted in a phone order of Chicken Pepperoncini & hot wings that, after coming out almost 20 minutes later than the guy who took my order said it would because of bickering and confusion between the front and back of the house, forgot my wings when the food finally came out, then the guy I had placed my phone order with argued with me that I didn't order any wings, then when I got the food home my wife's Chicken Pepperoncini was cold and didn't have any olives or goat cheese as advertised. I took the food back and had them try making another batch, but their second attempt still had no olives or goat cheese (if they were out they could've just told me up front) and all but 2 of my wings were flats (I had asked for all drumsticks and was told it was ok) and the one I actually ate tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. When I was finally able to get a manager on the phone to tell them our food still wasn't right and we wanted a refund, he was rude and refused to refund or even offer a credit for the cost of our meal we couldn't eat, we were given an attitude like we were trying to scam them for free food even after I said I'd bring back the uneaten food. For the people saying their pizza is good, there are 4 other places in Bayside Lakes to choose from a lot less pricey and don't act like they're doing you a favor by screwing up your order then arguing with you about it. read more

They falsely advertise $15 delivery minimum, then when u call to place a $17 order, they will tell u in order to have it delivered u must add something else. Either post these things on your website or expect to lose business. Not to mention the already overpriced food and delivery fee that just got added, I'll pass from now on.
