The lady turned up 2 and half hours late and just kept saying will be there in 10 minute. she lied over and over. we where all meant to be done by 11.30 and the lady still hadn't finished by 1.30. I was very upset she charged all of us full price dispite the fact the ruined my daughters party. all guest had arrived and this lady was still going very very slow even when told we need to go. Do not book this lady she isn't reliable and to be honestly her work was shit I could of done what she did but only booked because I wanted to do professionally make up so it stays all day but in this case it didn't. and she ruined my entire day by not coming when I had booked her to come. i will never use or recommend anyone one to her, waste of time and money

When I attended the trial with Kaz, she was friendly and I was very happy with the way she did my…read moremake up. However, she was unable to do my hair in the way I wanted. After a few attempts, Kaz became visibly frustrated to the point where it felt a little uncomfortable and we weren't making any progress. I left the trial, happy with my makeup but too polite to say I was unhappy with my hair. Ultimately, I found a hair stylist who was able to create the look I was after but remained committed to paying Kaz what we had originally agreed. She appeared to be happy with this. However, from this point, it appears the relationship soured. In the weeks before the wedding, I had to ask her repeatedly for the lipstick colour she had used at the trial. When I went to the shops, I realised the colour she'd given me was entirely different to the one we'd decided on. Kaz was unable to provide me with the name of any alternative colours, which meant I couldn't purchase the lip colour (in the end, she was unable to replicate the lips from my trial on the day). She also stopped answering my calls to the point where two days before the wedding, I didn't know what time she intended to arrive on the day. When we eventually spoke, she seemed outwardly annoyed that I had been trying to get in touch and needed reminding what I had booked her for. On the day, she arrived slightly later than we had agreed but I was grateful that she had arrived. I had asked that we were all ready by 2pm, so that we could take some photos, with the ceremony starting at 3pm. By 1.30pm, she hadn't started on myself nor my mum. She then stated that her parking was only paid for until 2pm and that I'd have to pay her for the extra if I wanted her to stay. By that point, I felt I was being held to ransom and paid her the money (she refused a bank transfer and wanted cash, which was insulting to say the least). I ended up getting dressed hurriedly at 3pm which meant there was no time for photos and I was late for our ceremony. I will always remember the atmosphere of my wedding morning as very tense. Kaz didn't stay on track time-wise, she turned her back on the hair stylist when he arrived and went to say hello to her, she made snide comments to our photographer who was ill on the day (along the lines of "I hope you don't give it to us") and made unreasonable requests for further money. I would absolutely agree that my make up was done very well on the day. However, Kaz acted unprofessionally in every other way. On that basis, I wouldn't recommend her to anyone reading this review.

The facade kind of beckoned me in, probably because my friend had begged me not to let her go in there when we were planning to meet for coffee nearby. She can't leave there without a bag of stuff, apparently. I laughed. I was laughing less at her having experienced the place. Agne asked me if I needed help, and I wondered if she could show me how to do a cat eye. She said that appointments had to be booked, and I think they were actually closing anyway. I said it didn't matter and admitted that I was only passing time anyway. For some reason, she decided to make an exception and do a quick job on my eyes. It may have been my bedraggled and exhausted countenance, but I'm not complaining! Not only did she do my eyes, she did my whole face. I can't believe how quickly she transformed me, and she taught me some new tricks - like blending liner upwards to create a smoky eye. I kept staring at my reflection wondering how she'd created the impression of sleep and the reversal of a few years. I wanted to bring her home with me! There was no pushiness. I was asked if I'd like to purchase anything and chose the miraculous concealer. I kind of want everything she used, but will try to hold out and get them bit by bit. To be honest I was having quite a busy week and was sitting on the fence as to whether or not to cancel. But at the last minute I decided to treat myself-and I definitely didn't regret it! When I arrived Mario my make-up artist ushered me over to the make-up bench where I was offered some water and we discussed the look I wanted. He was really informative, talking me through each of the products that he used. What's more, he wrote all of the products and colours down on a sheet for me to take home. He actually spent an hour in total doing my makeup, and it looked absolutely amazing! Smokey eyes, flawless skin and subtle nudey lips, which were perfect for my Friday night out. The customer service was fantastic. He was friendly and obviously very talented at what he does. What's more, I was under no obligation to buy any of the products. I recommend this to anyone who is into their makeup and fancies trying out a new look!
