What's more, an expert make-up artist and hairstylist merged into one is a bit of a pink flamingo in London, but working with Mariam has totally solved that prob for me... She is great with Asian hair and sensational with Make-up particularly suited to our skin-tone... I had my portfolio hair and makeup done recently which turned out great (see my profile pic ;)), upon recommendation of my bestie who tried Mariam out on her "big day"... After searching high and low on the internet(s) for places to buy MUFE in London, I discovered Guru Makeup Emporium. It's a tiny but well-stocked shop located on a quaint side street in Fulham. I arrived there on a Saturday a little after 4pm. They close at 4pm on Saturdays. I wanted to cry. To my great surprise, the shop owner reopened the shop and quickly let me pick out what I came to buy! I am completely in love with this place now and I can't wait to go back again :D

I came all the way from North London to buy a few eye shadows…read more Firstly they hardly had any in stock and secondly the guy called Jack mis-sold me the wrong colour for the one shadow I did find, even though I specifically wrote down the shade for him. I called and made a complaint and was willing to send the shadow back to have it replaced at my own expense but the manager was a complete fucking BITCH with no respect for customers who kept INTERROGATING me on the phone like I was a criminal. So my response to her is that she can basically put the money I wasted at her store up her stinking ASS because I will not be wasting any time sending her anything back and obviously never be shopping at her fucking SHIT of a store again.
