I've recently…read moremoved to Walthamstow from south London where finding an afro braider is so easy but I had no recommendations for north London. I found A&H Beauty through a google search and took a risk mostly because they had photographs of their previous work online. Esther did my hair and she works quickly and is so good and cares about the quality of her work. Her salon is basic, but that's no big deal for braiding. She offers you hot and cold drinks and is so pleasant - I usually don't like to chat when getting my hair done but I was happy to chat to Esther. The main thing is the hair, three weeks on and the cornrows are still nice and neat and I've washed them every week. She asked me to drop the hair extensions round the day before my appointment to prep the hair and it was all ready and waiting so we could get going straight away on the day.
