They have 4 hair stylists all of different levels. The owner of the shop is the head stylist and she is absolutely lovely. The other girls are also lovely and will give you their honest opinion if you decide to go for a change .. something i am too scared to do. ha ha. Their prices are fantastic considering it could cost triple to have a colour and cut elsewhere. They have a forecourt directly outside their shop which you can use as parking. They also sells hair products such as shampoos (which they are using on their clients when washing their hair to promote the product), hair equipment (i.e.GHDs) etc. Their services range from cuts, colours, bridal hair and hair styling. This is a very popular salon. There is nothing they won't do or go out of their way to help you on. This is not just a salonfor woman - men are also catered for here. Highly recommend.

There is only a few car parking spaces outside of the premises, but there is a small car park a few minutes walk away. I think this hair dressers is a hidden gem, with a lovely little vibe about it. I remember I once visitied the salon late after work (the salon stays open late on certain days of the week) and was not only welcomed with a complimentory glass of wine but a 'glass conditioning therapy' which was part of the salon's customer loyalty scheme. My welcome was warm by both Olivia and Naz and I realised that I had made the right decision. The Boutique is just as described, very modern and tastefully decorated. One of the better things about it is that the music is lovely, a reasonable sound and music one recognises at any age! Naz is lovely, very helpful and explained exactly what she thought was best for my hair. When she had finished, I was really happy with it, she has cut it so well. I will be returning and will be happy that I have found somewhere where I feel comfortable and appreciated (unlike the Hair Lounge in Ardleigh Green Road).
