The small bald one lied to me about him checking a PS5 he was selling me…read more Turns out, the PS5 had a bad controller -- that anyone could have discovered just by plugging it in -- rendering the entire system useless. Moreover, analog joysticks don't go bad overnight. It was this way before they sold it. They acknowledged this. However, instead of owning it, small bald tried to blame his coworkers for checking it (or not checking it), then trying to blame me for believing his claims the the system was inspected and not buying his overpriced "Peace of Mind" plan ... for the product he just said was working great. None of the three employees did the right thing. All three stood there looking like expressionless zombies. Small bald was pointing to his warranty policy, completely trying to disown the fact that the machine was either 1) never checked, or 2) was checked and sold in non-working condition on purpose. Clearly, these folks do not have the capacity to do the right thing. Either before the sale, or after a complaint. The right thing to do, if you sell something that is broken, is to return the money. Not hide behind your incompetence, or try to blame good faith customers. This goes double if you personally claimed the product was inspected. With all the pawn shops in OKC, try another one first.
