Bro, I went in there. I've watched at least 400 movies. Some about Kung Fu. So I'm clearly in shape. I asked about the movies, and the girl was helpful. I was looking for a Kung fu master, thought. Really thought it might the the ball headed guy. I'll keep searching. read more

Sooner State Pawn - Very successful dvd - Pawn Shops Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Would give Sooner State Pawn 5/5 stars BUT since EZ PAWN bought them recently I'm rating them 2/5 because they severely lowball their offers on your items. You're better off selling your stuff to people. Sad to see a nice little pawn shop go to be replaced with a big money-hungry business that read more

Horrible customer service wouldn't recommend waist of time Wouldn't sell too someone with a military & conceal carry permit read more

Professional, friendly, helpful and highly recommend. Pretty cool shop and lucky to have in the community. The best part was the staff and support they provided me. Thanks guys read more

Nothing but 5 stars for this crew. Todd and Tommy always have something that I need there.

You def do no want to do business with this pawn shop. They disrespect their customers, swear at them and even hang up on you. I worked with one employee and the owner who both told me how busy they were to take one picture of a gun that my wife was interested in purchasing. They told me they were too busy even though they were on the phone for two days and a total of 30 minutes between them both with me . I told both of them multiple times that I had credit card in hand ready to pay and owner got on the phone very rude and snarky and snickering that I even had the money and ready to buy. They spent so much time explaining how they were so busy they couldn't take a simple picture. You know what they you can't fix stupid. read more

OMG Becky! I am not sure if I wanna let the world know how cool this place is but the owners deserve it. If you're a gun nerd and you're after an odd Mauser chambered in 6.5x55 or some other peculiar thing like a Swiss rifle, I highly recommend stopping by Sooner State Pawn. Unfortunately, they regularly update their website but it's usually a week or so behind so if you live in the area I would drop their physical location. read more

Nice staff here. Always professional. Their prices aren't bad, either. They usually have a large selection of DVDs, if you're into cheap movies from pawn shops. I do wish they stayed open a little later, however. Still, I'd say ultimately I'm a fan :) read more

I placed an item in lay away to purchase. Could have paid cash but thought why not pay it out. They sold the item out from underneath me and stole my money. They never gave me my money back. Bad business. Stay away. read more

This is absolutely the best pawn shop I've ever done business with! Todd and the staff are all great ppl and I've been a long time customer of over 15 yrs. They will literally bend over backwards to help you keep your things that you have pawned. I've bought, pawned and sold here and can honestly not think of 1 bad experience. read more

Been coming to both locations for years for all of my local firearm needs. The staff has always been great, and the owner is a nice guy!

I needed to trade or buy a new handgun due to a hand injury that left my hand to weak to operate the slide on my current handgun. Called Sooner Pawn and ask if they done Trade-ins, and I was informed to come down and they would try to work with me depending on What I had and What I wanted. Drove down, went in and they had what I wanted and they went out of their way to accommodate me as best they could, it came down to a little more than I wanted to spend but was definitely worth it & the Trade was an absolute "Fair Deal". Today I met two great people who are Honest and try their best to ensure the customer is given a Honest & Fair Deal. My Firearms needs and desires will from now on will be conducted at "Sooner State Pawn" Thank You Guys / Gals for Everything Vic read more

This place is absolutley awful, they never sent me a laser range finder after I had payed for it and requested 3 different times to be sent to be. Now they appear to be ignoring me and I'm still out the range finder. I would never reccomend using this business read more
