Was told they didn't have it, but filled out the paper to get it ordered. Was told "next week" it will be here as there distributor had it in stock. Friendly and left with a smile. Fast forward to Wednesday of the next week. Called, messaged, no response. Called on Thursday morning just after opening and spoke to the same guy I did in person. Was told he was with a customer and would call me back asap. I finally called back at 1330 hours. Spoke to another guy who told me it has not been ordered yet and they have an ammo order going to soon. I advised him to cancel the order then, as I was told it would be ordered by now. Didn't get another word and was hung up on. Congrats folks, you blew a possible lifer over a 70 dollar lazy approach to customer service!

Have 3 other gov issued ways to verify address they refuse to accept because they "have had ATF on our ass before"(from the guys working counter) So I ended up having them send the gun back, and its getting sent walking distance to H&H Gun where they actually know what theyre doing and accepted multiple forms of ID, including fish and wildlife. Then the arrogant owner called to whine about my review and said he does this stuff everyday and they know more than both gun stores and the ATF that I called and everyone is wrong lmao thats probably why this "gun store" is in a closet, do NOT waste your money here.

It was my first time and my husband hadn't shot in 20 years. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I felt comfortable. She even helped me feel what the recoil would be like and how to stand to absorb it better. Then she took us out to the range to complete our lesson. We stayed after the lesson to practice some more. The range was very clean and had a guy there to make sure everyone stayed safe. There were people there of all ages. We thought the rates were very reasonable. We will definitely go again and try a few different guns. They have a wall of rentals to pick from. If you need a teacher I give Angie a 5. I wanted to learn but was intimidated. I would never have had the nerve without her. After she left us I did it all by myself. She is that good.
