Blairmore location is definitely the best although the pincher creek one isn't bad either. The blairmore one is just a bit more homey and they go above and beyond on the potions. I had lunch at Soo Sushi and definitely recommend anyone who is a fan of Japanese food to check it out. The building and the decor is decent and definitely above average for a small-town restaurant. While it is far from a jaw-dropping experience, it ain't half bad. The food was also above average. While the lunch menu is very limited compared to the supper menu, the selection of bento boxes should give most people enough of a variety to be pleased. I had: · The crazy roll - which was pretty average · The gyoza - also average · The crab ball - above average · The Sunomono - also above average · And an extra side of Koroke - which was amazing! The service was just adequate. The servers were civil, but not a lot more. There is a noticeable difference between someone who takes pride in their work and someone who is just doing their job. This was probably the weakest part of the experience, and probably the easiest to improve. Overall I would say that Soo Sushi would compare favorably to most Japanese restaurants in the city. The name has changed to Soo Sushi but address is the same. We were visiting in town and got this recommendation from a local. Fantastic food - more than just sushi - lovely and comfortable interior, very clean. Food was amazing - we had the golden roll, fire sweet chicken and bulgogi and shared between three of us - I cannot say enough about how tasty the food was. Delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant and we will stop again on another trip through town. read more
