Was not expecting the full amount but got charged $600 for cleaning (cleaners from PPM) and almost $300 for flea treatment. FLEAS?! Office: pro: the office ladies are pretty helpful, they seem to legitimately care about your well being. con: maint doesn't seem to happen very quickly. Pool: pro: this apartment has a pool, (I guess this isn't too common in mn) con: it is extremely small, very little lounging, pool is not always clean Grills: pro: there are two grills in the pool area con: they are not well kept. the igniters do not work on either grill. There initially was this really nice cast iron food press that went along with the grills, but some really lazy individual left it laying on the ground, and now it is rusted and unusable. Gym: pro: the gym is open all the time. It has this awesome little area to do workout videos, and they have provided tons of videos. I literally use it everyday. con: the floor is always dirty, the treadmills are not balanced so they rock back and forth as you run. People don't clean up after themselves.
