I have to downgrade my review. I have been a very good customer of theirs for over 6 years. I know…read morethe owner well and he would say the same thing about me. I called twice and left him a message both times concerning service work on my car that I needed his advice on. When he didn't return my phone calls, I called and talked to his office manager who confirmed that he had received the messages and didn't call me back because he was too busy. The calls that I made were over a week apart and I felt that there was no excuse for him to not return my call. Since I have spent approximately $2-3 thousand dollars there over those six years I find this unacceptable. I don't know why he would act this way but he has lost me as a customer.

It still failed inspection TWICE and Azmi kept giving us the run around because he couldn't find the problem. After bringing the car back not long after the work was done, they discovered that they didn't even change the oil!!! That was one of the MAIN things it needed! It's a miracle the engine didn't blow out. We won't be going back.

Makes you wonder why he is NO longer one??????? I will still give 5 stars because He does tow vehicles safely. Not like most drivers. At first felt comfortable but after I got charged for every little think possible I felt assaulted. This guy looks for every little possible way to get over on someone. This wasn't the only time I heard of this company doing shady shit. I've heard that he will even call the cops on you if he sees that something is wrong with your car just so he can tow it. Selfishness and greed. I highly suggest you don't give your business to them. What a joke!! Can't expect anything else from a low life

The staff helped me work through some issues from my adjuster and they were so polite about it. (It was actually, a hot mess) I believe his name is Tony. He was very professional dealing with these issues. Thanks Tony! (Oh, I pray that's his name...) The ladies at the front desk were also helpful in getting me a rent car. So far my SUV has been here for a few weeks and they send me updates on the progress almost every day! I really appreciate this. Due to part delays it is taking a little longer than they anticipated. Hopefully I will get my baby back this week. I will update my review when I get my sweet ride back.

They could have made another $200 on the job, but instead chose to lose thousands of dollars in future business from a longtime customer. Customer relationships matter, and throwing away years of future business over something this small simply isn't good business. Yesterday I tempted fate because on the last time I'd been out of the house to drive anywhere -- a…read moreweek ago or more -- my car's dashboard electrical system warning light had come on. I was hoping it was just a dying battery, since I have jumper cables, and that I could get this errand completed even if I had to beg a jump-start from some stranger. Alas, it was not the battery, but the alternator, which had failed -- meaning no more juice was going into the battery, and my car therefore went completely dead about 10 minutes from my destination. But I coasted to a stop -- with the engine dead, no power steering, no dashboard lights at all -- into the parking lot of Deerfield Auto Repair & Kwik Kar. Owner Joe Fallin and his capable staff promptly diagnosed my problem and gave me a fair estimate. They replaced my alternator and battery both (never keep an old battery with a new alternator!) within the estimated time, about three hours, and hosted me in the meantime in a clean and well-appointed waiting room (easy to maintain pandemic-driven social distancing). Friendly, competent, honest, diligent -- fate delivered me into good hands, and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone.
