Took my car here to get fixed it was reading a sensor they did diagnostics said it was timing chain…read morewithout hesitation I paid 1100 they claim they fixed it. Soon as I got in car check engine light was on ran in told mechanic he comes out says I forgot to reset code. He knew I was heading to Disney with my family in few days. 2 days later check engine light came back on and stalling again. Almost got killed with my kids in car as it turned off on highway with truck behind us. Called Bill mechanic again he said if it goes on give it gas like u stealing the car mind u we did this everytime he told us to. Day we get ready to leave to disney we get my daughter from Huntsville got back car turning off at every light I call again and mechanic says again for 100th time to give it gas like I stealing it. Then car smells like burnt oil and car stopped working. Mind u took the car to autozone everytime check engine light went on and it read new codes. Something so simple. Now the owner calls me and says u need a new engine. First off ya did diagnostics and said it was timing chain now its readying codes that timing chain is off and converta when it never red that before. I did seek legal help and going to do what they told me. LADIES RECORD EVERY CONVERSATION YOU HAVE WITH MECHANICS thank God I have every call document3d snd recorded. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE U GO IN FOR ON3 AND COME OUT WITH NO CAR. Now I been paying users to take me to my treatments but every receipt is being saved trust me.

My daughter purchased a vehicle here and a service warranty marketed as a bumper to bumper…read morewarranty. We thought it would be best to take it to the dealer who sold the vehicle and the warranty. Boy were we wrong. The service manager, Sandra Craig told us the claim had been denied twice when she hadn't even submitted the claim. When she did submit the claim she sabotaged it. She told the warranty company that the vehicle came in with no coolant and that my daughter continued to drive the vehicle without coolant. Audio recording available here, http://www.mediafire.com/file/6vy7fhgytdtg27d/warrantycompany.mp3/file Just copy and paste into browser to hear. When on all auctality all the coolant went into the motor via a blown head gasket. As a service manager she knew the effects of a blown head gasket. My daughter paid $450 to have her vehicle diagnosed and torn down. She was told it was a bad radiator only to find out the radiator is fine. So they did not find out what caused the vehicle to run hot. I guess we paid for nothing because we still don't know the point of failure. We are currently making a video with all the calls to this company and the warranty company stating what they were told. Oh and that bumper to bumper warranty is not what you think.

Two weeks later I went to replace the cabin and engine air filters and noticed that the coolant was an inch below minimum. I checked the "routine service inspection" sheet and it was marked as "good". There was literally probably 5 ounces in the reservoir. This is, in fact, not good. Now I question if the entire inspection and service was a sham. To put the icing on the cake, they even tried to give me a cash offer on our vehicle by phone as I pulled out of the dealership. I'll most likely go elsewhere for service.

Least expected to write this review as during the sales process everything was perfectly fine but…read moreafterwards is where my problems began. I purchased a 2019 Mercedes CLS53 AMG, when I saw the vehicle I asked if i could get a PPI (pre purchase inspection ) they denied it & assured me the vehicle has been through a rigorous 135 point inspection & sold it to me with a 90 day limited warranty. Since purchasing on August 27th almost 2 months ago the vehicle has been in the shop for over a month, from a coolant leak from a failed heater pipe to a turbo line leaking oil to now the oil leaking from deep within engine block from the high pressure fuel pump. (*update from when I first wrote this in my notes: Cam position sensor also leaking oil) The vehicle has over 35 hours & counting of in-shop service repairs. At the time of this review I still do not have my vehicle. Along with the vehicle being in absolute terrible mechanical shape, I paid cash for this car Aug 27th 2024 & now on Oct. 22nd still have not received the title (*update Received on 10/29/24)I reached out to my salesperson Josh multiple times to which he said he would check for me & now stopped responding to me all together. I called last Tuesday (10/15) spoke with Kevin the used car manager who said he would both check on status of my title & see if he can speak with his higher ups on if they can help me in anyway for the over $8,000 in repairs my car has succumbed to, which again is absolutely abysmal on a 2019 with only 54k miles. Kevin did not call me back on 10/15 as he said he would to update me on status of my title nor did he reach back out by that Friday 10/18 where he said he would have word from some of the higher ups on what they can do to alleviate this horrible situation. I instead called Kevin myself 10/21 hoping he would have an answer for both things but he just transferred me to someone's voicemail. I ended up speaking with someone eventually on status of my title & though it's absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 2 months for a title, Im happy someone gave me some sort of update. Now, autonation is a huge company & I was happy with their professionalism during the purchase process, however true colors always shine after the fact & that is exactly what is happening here. Usually it is the smaller lower end dealerships you have these problems with but unfortunately I and a ton of other people from these reviews have also dealt with super rough vehicles that Im not entirely sure how they get mechanically approved. I have all receipts from the repairs, little over 9 weeks of ownership & I have had the car for a total of maybe 2 weeks. Over $8,000 in repairs, was given 90 day warranty from auto-nation which of course does not cover all repairs, I have personally paid over $3,000 of the repairs from my pocket, along with towing costs when the vehicle broke down. Im sure there will be a generic comment asking me to call a GM. I did not want to write this review but their actions here have left me no choice at all.

Kia Autosport - KIA employees are TRASHING West Point GA

I'm really disappointed in Kia Autosport in Columbus, GA. From what I've seen and heard from…read morecurrent and former employees, the work environment is very toxic. According to multiple posts on job sites, there is no real job security, management is poor, and favoritism is just assumed. People talk about how management treats "their favorites" well, while others are publicly belittled or ignored. Some employees have walked out (at least 3 in 3 weeks), which says a lot. Also, the general manager (Melanie Lee) is listed on their website, but there's a serious disconnect between the polished "meet the team" page and what people are experiencing. Melanie Lee has a daycare for her son only and a doggy daycare for her dog Conner, but Conner may be in any office in the building. Let me remind you that Melanie Lee told a past employee whether it's her job or her kids and the employee chose to take care of her kids. Kia as a company claims to have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and bullying. But if that's truly the case, it's not being enforced here, or at least not in a way that protects everyone. It's so bad that Melanie Lee will talk bad about her employees, threatened to terminate her Human Resource Manager ass as she said, but changed her mind when the said person showed up to work. Melanie Lee often speaks of a certain employee who she says smells very bad, instead of voicing her concern to the said employee, she has other employees to speak to them. A great general manager would take the time to speak to the employee herself. At the end of the day: if Melanie Lee cares about how workers are treated, I don't think this is the place to work. It's not just a bad job; it's management and majority of the employees that's still working there often complain about the treatment of fairness. It's a management-level problem, and I hope they seriously rethink how they run things. There are multiple reviews online describing concerns about inconsistent management, high turnover, and an overall lack of support for staff. Several employees have reported feeling undervalued or unheard, and some have mentioned situations where team members became frustrated enough to walk out and did. A dealership's success depends heavily on employee satisfaction, and when workers don't feel respected or supported, it affects the entire customer experience. Customers have witnessed Melanie Lee degrading her employees. I truly hope leadership takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements to communication, professionalism, and internal culture. Employees deserve a place where they feel respected, fairly treated, and appreciated for the work they do. With better management practices and stronger attention to staff well-being, this location could operate at a much higher level. The employees work hard and genuinely care about the customers, but the overall environment is very challenging.

The salesman then showed us another car, and after discussing the numbers, he went to speak with the manager. We were told the deal was approved and moved forward -- even test‑drove the car, and my daughter fell in love with it. After waiting about 30 minutes for paperwork, the salesman returned and said the dealership would no longer honor the numbers they had just agreed to. At that point, we walked out. This experience was disappointing, unprofessional, and a complete waste of our time. A dealership should stand behind the agreements they make. I won't be returning.

Predatory, Disrespectful, and Dishonest…read more I went to Rivertown Buick GMC with one simple goal: buy out my lease. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into one of the most unprofessional and predatory dealership experiences I have ever had. They tacked on thousands of dollars in unnecessary fees, inflating the cost of the vehicle to over $3,000 more than it is actually worth. Fees were added with vague explanations, and every attempt to question them was brushed off or met with attitude. The worst part was the finance office. When we clearly and politely declined extended warranties, the finance employee became hostile. He threw a pen across the table, mocked us, and said, "What, you think the car will never break down? Or you'll never need to fix it?" Once it was clear we would not buy into their extended warranty upsell and he would not earn more commission, his demeanor completely changed. He treated us like garbage, would barely look at us, and rushed through the rest of the paperwork with clear resentment. To make matters worse, Rivertown Buick GMC charged us an additional and completely unnecessary $1,158.15 in TAVT tax, despite us clearly explaining that we are a military family, and that the vehicle was already titled and registered in Florida with no plans to change that. We made this clear from the beginning. They did not care and added the tax anyway. This dealership operates on pressure, intimidation, and misinformation. Once they realize you are an informed buyer who will not fall for warranty or fee scams, their customer service disappears entirely. If you value honesty, respect, or basic professionalism, avoid Rivertown Buick GMC at all costs. Buying out a lease should not feel like a battle, and no customer deserves to be mocked or disrespected for saying no.
