    If you want your wedding day ruined, then absolutely book Network. I should've known from the start…read morethat this company would be trouble, since they double-booked us and made us switch our reservation a couple of months before the wedding, but they had been helpful in trying to find an arrangement and we hadn't actually put money down at that point yet, so we stuck with them....big mistake. On my wedding day, they showed up as planned. We had booked 2 limos, a classic 1938 Cadillac and a stretch. The stretch left for the church with my wedding party and groom, leaving me and my parents to ride in the classic car about half an hour later. We drove for a while, but the car turned off while we were stopped at a stoplight, and started SMOKING. Good samaritans stopped and quickly got us out of the car and helped the driver push the limo to the side of the road. My dad had to HITCHHIKE home to get a car to take me to the church. The whole time, the driver kept trying to restart it, and it finally worked. He said "lets go", and my mother and I refused because firstly, there was still smoke coming out of it, and secondly, my dad had left and I wasn't going to leave without my dad. Well, THE DRIVER THEN LEFT, leaving me and my mom on the side of the road. I'm in a long-sleeved wedding dress in the Florida heat, and this guy left. After my dad finally picked me up and we started driving to the church again, we saw the classic car pulled over. We found out the next day that it needed to be towed, so I feel completely justified in my decision to not get back into that car. The company initially believed our story, until we started asking for money back, and then they said that my story couldn't possibly be true. I had even given them the names and numbers of 2 of the complete strangers who had stopped to help, but Network didn't reach out to them at all and just somehow decided that I was a liar. It gets worse. The limo company refused to deal with us for weeks. We left for our honeymoon and came back, and they still wouldn't return our calls. The owner finally called and I told her about the toll this took on us. Financially, this setback cost us almost $1000 in fees we had to pay to vendors to extend them for additional time, and there's other vendors we simply couldn't afford to keep longer. The owner badmouthed those vendors saying they should have all chipped in, and I said that it was their right to be paid for the extra time, but that her company was ultimately responsible. She said that they already had to pay for repairs to the car so they couldn't afford to compensate me...as far as I'm concerned, repairs to your vehicle is a business expense and isn't my problem. She also said "I'm a small women run business, you need to understand that"...so then, if I'm a female surgeon, I can accidentally cut the wrong leg off of a patient and they should understand that I'm a woman and that's all that can be expected of me? She also said "its a 1938, what did you expect?". She asked for invoices to review to see what she could do, which I sent, and she's ignored every email and call since then. I'll never get back the time that I lost for my wedding pictures...I didn't even get to get wedding pictures with each member of my bridal party because of the time constraint this put on us. I'll never get back the video of my reception since I couldn't afford to keep the videographer longer. And you'd expect Network to at least offer me a refund of everything I paid Network to help cover those expenses that I incurred because of them, but no. Stay away, seriously. They ruined my wedding and worse, they ruined the memories of my wedding. Update: Yes, they did refund us $1000, but that's not a full refund considering we paid them $1750. Also, they reference terms on a rental agreement, but the terms on the contract did not state any of what they claim, and it had no release from liability on it. They also say that I refused to ride in the limo after the breakdown, which is correct. Would you ride in a car that still had smoke coming out of it? And what good would riding in that car have done considering it needed to be towed a few miles down the road? The chauffeur never offered me a replacement. I was also never apologized to for anything other than the breakdown, as they continue to deny that I was left on the sidewalk with my mother. How can they apologize for something they can't even admit to happening? And read below, I'm clearly not the only person having issues with them.

We had about 30 people in the coach and everyone was extremely comfortable. It started pouring at the end of the fourth quarter. The driver called me to make sure he could get as close as possible to pick us up from Raymond James Stadium. I will definitely use Network in the future.

    Where do I start? Called them ( spoke to Doug) and got a price for battery on my car. Actually…read moregave him exactly what I needed. Decent price Showed up that afternoon. Gave me same price but other advisor next to him ( Jason) said that Doug was wrong on installation price. Even though Doug asked me if battery was in trunk/under rear seat or in the engine. It's in engine. But still Jason said there wasn't a $1 charge as Doug told me but a $150 charge cause they had to REGISTER battery with the car. Ok. What to do? I had them do it. Then car is promptly in shop, and 20 minutes later, they come out to tell me the exact battery I need cost an extra $60 bucks. WOW. ( I showed Jason the picture and model of battery I had showed Doug. Yes I had correct batter, but Doug wrote down wrong one. Again what to do? Car is in shop. Ok from original price on phone of $220 plus a shop fee to $461 later. Unreal . I told Jason I was very disappointed. He took my copy and showed his boss. All I got was SORRY THEN I get home and looked at job they did. THE VAPOR HOSE that gets plugged into battery was NOT connected. SHOULD I BE NOW EVEN MORE UPSET? I am totally disgusted and disappointed. I tried calling Jason but he's off.

Checked Lexus, and they sell it for $21.68. Called the shop as there must be a mistake. Response: That is less than our cost. If I can buy it for $21.68, certainly they can get a better price with their volume. 2347 Gulf to Bay Blvd.

A Good Samaritan helped me way before AAA did. Today my car died on my lunch break from work. I called around 1:30 & was told within the hour. When I called at the hour mark they said another hour. Then I checked the status at the 45 min mark & it said another hour. I called my insurance company & they got out a tow truck sooner. I tried cancelling online but it wouldn't let me select an option. This is the WORST service I have received in my 40+ years of driving. I am DISGUSTED at the service from the people who answered the phones to the communication via text to the online when trying to cancel this. I will be BLASTING this all over every social media I can. AAA SUCKS ASS.

I didn't renew for one year because I didn't think I needed it with a new car. But I paid for my membership in 1991, with my husband, and we've been renewing every year since 1991. AAA is more than road side assistance and towing. It's about travel discounts, vacation books chock full of information about the places you're visiting & discounts for area attractions. It's about cruising, tours, planes and trains. When I got locked out of my car, AAA was there to help. When I needed a tow for a dead battery, they helped me. I've used it recently for a trip to Yellowstone, and another trip to NYC. We haven't used their services for a cruise lately, but when we do, Terri Murphy is who we see. We also got our complimentary passport pictures here when our passports were up for renewal. I think that was with the Premiere membership, tho. We like this location for the quality personnel who staff it. I just renewed our membership today for another year!
