This used to be my favorite place to get my car washed. I went today and the young man that was not helping me was rude, obnoxious. This is the face of your business. I wanted an inside/outside cleaning job. He rudely tells me it will be about an hour and 1/2. I had gone there earlier in year and received the same treatment. I have my car washed and dryed. Never do that again. Im not sure what happened, but it used to be friendly and nice. When my car came out of the wash, there was an open bay that they could have used to clean the interior of my car. You can advertise all you want but personal service, especially in a town like this matters more. I will not be washing my car there again ever. To the owners. If you care, you might want to retrain your employees to be polite no matter what. Not rude and obnoxious.!! I can't even give it a rating, it was that bad!!!! read more

Don't use this location the car wash removed paint from our vehicle where there was no previous damage or problems. Reached out to carwash and let them inspect damage which they wanted to blame on hard water build up. Took it to Buck's Body Shop to have it inspected and got an estimate. They looked the car up and down including crawling under it to see if it had ever been in an accident. Paint was all original from factory and they couldn't find any issues on the back hatch where this happened that suggested the paint was failing in any way prior to the wash. Even went back a second time and they cleaned the panel and confirmed there was no hard water build ups. Carwash kept giving us excuses about contacting people and looking into it for 2 months just hoping it/we would go away. This was almost a thousand dollars worth of damage done in a single wash. Have ran this car through the Mister washes in the valley many times with no issues over years. read more

This has got to be the worst most expensive car wash. The last time I went through I had to wait to long to get started. After I finally got started the soap didn't even come out far enough to reach my car....grrrr. Then I get to the end and there wasn't anyone the dry the glass. I had to pull up and wait for ever for someone to finally come to dry the glass. So if there isn't soap and no one to dry my glass what did I paid for???? Lazy, indifferent staff ("There's just a couple bugs still on the hood -- I'll get 'em in just a second."). So why did I have to tell you? Very poor quality service. (There were more than "just a couple of bugs" when car came out of wash AND when staff guy was done there were STILL bugs on the hood.) Too expensive for what you actually get. I live in San Jose and this car wash charges more than local full service place near my house. Typically Bay Area prices are higher than Sonora for services like this. The staff seemed a little lazy and were working slow. The end result was just fine and it took a long time. At the place I go to in San Jose, the staff hustles and moves 10 times the amount of cars through their place. They are very courteous and always do an excellent job. I have a cabin in Twain Harte, but in the future will hold off and get my car washed when back at home, so I'm not planning to go back. If I lived in the Sonora area, I guess I would go back, but wouldn't be excited about it. I've heard there is one or two other full service car washes in the area, but their prices and level of service are equally poor. Save your money. I actually included a tip on my card for these guys. Crappy service. Machine was jammed and only cleaned half of my car. The boys that work there did not even bother to wipe down my windows...which is included. What a disappointment... You would think that the management would actually read reviews here on Yelp? If you are in a hurry, or expect a professional car wash, you might want to skip this place. The staff doesn't seem to have a sense of urgency or pride in their work. I went through the wash and came out on the other side without guidance. I pulled behind a vehicle that was being vacuumed. I noticed vehicles that came after me were being tended to first. I paid for the fragrance and the staff failed to deliver. After I left, I noticed dirt swirls on all the windows. There were several spots on my vehicle that were missed. This place is crap!! I was to get a free car wash because the last job was so bad, owner said oh no! That's not how we do things here, he had me pay for the outside clean and charged for the inside ok fine, I told the boys cleaning inside what I did not like last time so they could do a better job. I have to go back the wash only because i have so many spots that didn't come off and I paid for my car to be clean! but manager Mac took excellent excellent care of me and I have no complaints at all! There was a time when this was a remarkable car wash with a very professional staff who were very well trained and polite,young ladies if I remember correctly. Also there was an open walk-through gift and coffee house. I imagine the profits were not immediate so corners were cut, employees were not valued,equipment had broken down and not repaired or replaced and it appears our halfway house gentleman across the street or Parolees most likely make up his new staff. They lack any sense of urgency or professionalism that would no doubt increase their take-home pay, with an increase in tips from satisfied customers. Everybody would like to invest in another's success but if poor car care is the byproduct and substandard customer service is the norm and no obvious leaders pushing them to "greatness"then it's an unsustainable business model, but perfect for a right off. cheers ! I was shocked to see that this car wash does not have a five star rating. They did an amazing wash on my car. They even cleaned the inside for a very low price. I would have paid $200 for the car wash that I received in Sac. While you are getting your car washed, you can check out their little shop that sells TuoCo merchandise. Took my car here on thur to be deep cleaned , was 430 pm , they told me they were closing and to come back tomorrow, and we were told to make an apt , so we did made an apt for 9 am the following am . We prepaid the 104$ for gold package plus shampooing. Dropped off my car at 830 was told would take 2 hrs... it's now 115 and still not ready, this isnt the first poor expierice we have had ... once I had my entire ashtray filled with change stollen (super petty, but wasnt theres to steal) and 5he last two times I've had my truck done it has been half assed. Seiously if I'm going to pay these outrageous prices the work should be decent which it's not. And the staff are super rude. Will not be comming back . I was directed to this carwash by someone who really takes good care of their cars. I had time to kill in Sonora and my car desperately needed some attention. I pulled up and it took a minute for someone to attend to me. He was friendly enough. I tried to do a quick straightening up of the car and take out some trash- napkins, coffee cup, etc. There was no trash can to be found. The greeter directed me to their indoor waiting room. I walked in and thought "this must be their private office, I shouldn't be here". The place was a MESS! There are two tables/desks piled high with paper, electronics and other random crap-- total hoarder status. The woman said I could come in and wait there. They had a couple of patio chairs and a table against the wall. It was not professional at all and not like any other carwash I'd ever been to. No wall of greeting cards, airfresheners, fuzzy dice, windshield wipers, no beverages for sale... it looked like a disaster area! A man came in, presumably the owner and husband (maybe soon-to-be-ex) of the woman. They were the bickering Bickersons! They argued and didn't share one kind word between them. It was SO unprofessional that they were arguing in front of customers like that! It made me really uncomfortable to sit there, "You need to clean this stuff up!" "Why isn't there a folder made for this yet" "You can't just ignore this place"... well too late ma'am, this place is being ignored! I finally waited outside where I was told my car was ready. I got the platinum plus car wash- a $27, top-of-the-line wash. When I looked at my car, there were still bugs all over the front grill, pollen on the windshield, and the back hatch wasn't even dry. Um, try again people! You have 1 job... one I'm paying good money for... Do it right! I walked around and the person working on my car was happy to oblige and do all the spots that had been missed. Point being, they should have done it right from the get-go, not half-ass it and hope I wouldn't notice. It was not hot out, it was not a busy time of day... I'm thinking mere laziness. But I guess when your owners/bosses clearly don't take pride in their business, why should you take pride in your work? I told the young kids (who didn't give a hoot) that I haven't been here for awhile because of how bad of a job they have done and I wanted to try again. I paid $18!! I specifically asked if they vacuumed my hatch, I get home and they didnt!! I also specifically asked if they wipe down the dash- didn't happen!! Do not go here, I took my car in to get cleaned and it came out with the back panel missing off my car. The owner found the missing piece inside the wash and told me that all he could do was give me 2 free washes. Car didn't come out clean, staff was hardly friendly and to top it all off they damaged my vehicle. The man I talked to wouldn't tell me whether or not he was the owner or manager and was very unprofessional. I asked what their policy was on damaging a car and they said the weren't responsible, but "sometimes the rules are bent" and things like this happen. I would of rather gone somewhere else or washed my car myself. I will never return to this business and won't be recommending it to any friends or family. read more

If I could give a negative star review I would, however 1 Star is probably being generous. I purchased the full service (exterior and interior) platinum package for my vehicle. They have some workers who hustle and others who are slower than a snail on salt. I was on my lunch hour when I had this done and when I left work 6 hours later I noticed that my front driver side floor mat was soaking wet, my interior windows were poorly done, my back seat was barely vacuumed, and to top it off, my floor mats in the back were never put back. I went this morning as they opened to get my mats and speak to the owner. From when I left and not even 24 hours later my mats have disappeared and the owner could care less about customer service. I was offered mats that weren't even mine, nor would they fit as a solution. They had a huge pile of car mats so this seems like a frequent problem. Completely unacceptable. The owner made no attempt in making my $27+$5 tip car wash right. A kind worker viewed camera footage and found my mats. When I went back to retrieve them I was yelled at that "I won't give you your damn money back". AVOID this at all cost!!!!! Horrible business practices and customer service is severely lacking. Terrible excuse for a car wash. These people don't have a clue about customer service. My wife recently had them wash her car. When she left she noticed a film on the inside of her Windows. Windex wouldn't cut the greasy film. Needed Dawn to cut the grease. Today She ran it through a self service car wash that they own. After applying the soap it stopped working. If I were younger I'd open a real car wash and run them out of business. Please someone with some coin to invest buy these suckers out. The current owner just doesn't give a hoot. read more

DON'T ever get an oil change their because they won't do it. You definitely will pay for it but it won't get changed. ... Now I have to get my engine restored because for the past year that I've been going there assuming that the old oil was being removed, it never was. It might be because I'm a girl and I have no idea how to get that done, that they took advantage of me. Or maybe they do it to many of other customers too. JUST STAY AWAY!!! I got my car washed today here and decided to stay in the truck while it went thru. As I was sitting there I noticed that the left spinning cylinder thingy was really whirling and making good contact while the one on the righthand side was barely spinning and not making contact. Those are pretty important in the process, I'd say, and when I came out the other side I had to drive thru dirt with my wet vehicle to make the U-turn to queue up for the vacuuming, and hand drying guys. WTF?! Oh, and the crew left a wet rag laying in my cloth backseat. Way to go, boys. I was able to use it to finish up their mediocre dash job. I kinda looked for somebody to point out the puny spinning apparatus but there was nobody around but teenager employees. No apparent supervision. I won't be going back. read more
