Then does a gental scrub down of the exterior before you go thru the self wash. If you opt onto interior cleaning (only offered thurs-sat). Their crew will do your interior, vacuum, clean, wash your mats etc. They add a fragrance at your request. I usually opt in for the mother Lode, which is about $40 if you add the may cleaning. They do an incredible job for an affordable price. I paid 35.00 . The car before mine got a prewash, mine didn't and they finished the wiping, vacuuming but my front bumper was still dirty. I asked them to please wipe it clean. She told me that I needed to wash my car more often at home. However she did spray it and wiped it off. Gosh, I didn't realize that I needed to wash my car before I bring it in! I've been going to this car wash for a few years. For the most part had great service. Today that wasn't the case. I purchased the $35 motherlode wash, and left a $20 tip. I got in my truck and left not really thinking I needed to look over my truck because in the past things were always done well. I drove over to Wilco and when I got out of the truck I noticed how dirty my truck still was. Every wheel well was covered in dirt, sides of the truck still had mud splatters on it and the back of the truck was still filthy. Drivers side mirror had been sprayed with something but obviously not wiped down. Super disappointing, because now I have to come home and wash my truck again! Update* Nicole the manager at Motherlode Car Wash contacted me and had me come In so they could make it right and that they did. Not many businesses do that these days but Nicole was more than gracious and kind. She took care of all the issues and for that I'm truly thankful for! She went above and beyond my expectations! Pre hand rinse and sudsing the front window; towel drying the windows and straightening rear-view mirrors (at other washes I frequently forget the r.v.mirrors until I'm driving and cursing my forgetfulness). They say they're open until 5:30pm, but that's a lie. It's Wednesday, August 21st and I just tried to get my car washed at 5:10 pm and it was already closed with the sign out blocking the entrance. Why say you're open until 5:30 if you're not? If you close and turn customers away at a certain time, that should be closing time you advertise. read more

Typical of automatic car washes, only washes to less than perfect. They all seem to be this way. Only washing by hand really makes a cars paint look it's best. One month member ship of $32, one month only, the employees do not go over the car to touch it up after coming out of the car wash. Leave water still on the paint and windows and the back window has debris still. Unacceptable! read more

My car was pre-washed before going through the tunnel and employees were at the end to dry my windows as we exited. Free sanitized vacuums so I could clean my interior! It's a good car wash. The last few times I've been there they haven't been able to clean interiors due to COVID. I get that. What is important is a good pre wash and hand dry. I think their pre wash can improve... a little more hands on than just pressure wash, but many places don't even power wash. They do pay attention to detail though. If you have an antenna, they'll remove it before the wash and put it back on after. That's smart business. I look forward to this place post covid. read more

The communication issues I had this morning with the staff were entirely avoidable. I asked specifically for the interior windows to be cleaned. I explained that I could not read the sign since I'm having eye trouble. I had 2 pairs of sunglasses on. I also asked NOT to have any fragrance added, and yet there was fragrance added. I had previously been happy with this car wash. I hope it was just a one-off day. It was extra stress I didn't need. In the end, the job was good, except for the fragrance. Thought I would give it another shot with the new owners taking over but... My girlfriend had loaned me her truck for the day. They had just gotten back from a month long trip and her truck needed a bath. I thought it was the least I could do. I purchased the best one they offer "The Motherlode" $28.00. While I have to say everyone was very nice and accommodating there is why I put a couple bucks in the tip box on my way out. But once I got to the truck I noticed the wheels hadn't been touched at all. So I asked if they could do them a bit more. Two people with rags in hand tried to just rub off the grime with just a rag. Free seeing they weren't getting anywhere with that bright idea. I said that's ok thx. (I went home,sprayed wheel cleaner on them and scrubbed with a big brush till they were shiny. As far as the rest of the vehicle I'll let my pictures speak for me. First timer here and I can honestly say it will be my last time here! Brought my car in for a wash and detail. Paid for the 28$ wash (their highest option). At that price point I wasn't expecting a whole lot.. but I was shocked when I got into my car and saw how little effort they put in. Most of the employees are high school kids who honestly could care less. I have weather tech mats throughout the entire bed of my vehicle, and the mats were literally put into my car soaking wet. They simply hosed them off and threw them back into the car to drip dry. My cup holder and center console were neither wiped down or vacuumed. The plastic trim on all my seats still have crumbs and dust. Like I said for $28 I was not expecting much, but I did expect better than this. Just got the inside of my truck cleaned and it's GLEAMING! I'm so happy w the work and the price!

Took my car here once and they did an ok job so I was hesitant on taking it back. Took it again and they did a horrible job windows still had water spots because they didn't towel dry the car after (bought the highest wash). The inside was still dirty and dusty. Then the next day my back leather seat was covered in cleaner because they left their spray cleaner bottle back there and the pen they use to mark which wash on the back seat. Sucks because this is the only car wash in town and Indian rock was so good. Would give no stars if I could won't be back. read more

For $28 I didn't expect a full detailing but I was pleased with the interior and exterior cleaning of my car, which was completely filthy given that I take my dogs on mountain adventures every weekend and haven't cleaned the car for a year.
