    Courts Auto Took Advantage of a Single Mother…read more I trusted Mr. Court for years. I believed he was a man of integrity--until December 2025. At my advice, my daughter, Kourtaney Alexander, took her vehicle to Courts Auto for a full inspection. Mr. Court recommended a full tune‑up, brakes, and repairs to address a noise the vehicle was making. He told her the total cost would be $370, and he stated he would provide a receipt for all services. That receipt was never provided. Her vehicle was kept for more than six hours and returned late. When she inspected the car afterward, it was clear that: - The filter had not been changed - The brakes had not been replaced - The part causing the noise had not been repaired My daughter contacted him and sent proof showing the filter was untouched. At that point, he apologized to both of us. He claimed he no longer works on cars and that the person who worked on her vehicle had received multiple complaints. He told her to bring the car back but to call first to make sure he was there. She called several times. He was never available. She repeatedly asked for the receipt for the $370 she paid. He never provided it. My daughter is a single mother who cannot afford to lose $370. She has tried to resolve this respectfully, but Mr. Court has avoided her at every turn. Today, when she called again, he said he was "inside the bank" and abruptly ended the call. The payment was made through Zelle, and Mr. Court has refused to refund her despite admitting the work was not done. I have all text messages and his responses documenting this situation. My daughter has been taken advantage of and now must spend even more money to fix what should have been done the first time. I am asking the community to encourage Mr. Court to do the right thing and refund her money. Courts Auto: 404‑597‑4114
