For a dive bar in a small southern town in the Midwest, it's pretty cool. I went early evening when…read moreonly regulars were there (mainly bc of the Covid-19 situation, I don't want to be around large crowds). The patrons were friendly and welcoming to my GF & I (interracial couple in the rural SE Midwest). Beers were cheap and I'm sure it's even more fun at night with a bigger crowd (pre-pandemic, I wouldn't recommend a large crowd at this moment). Due to the location, masks weren't enforced although I preferred to wear mine when not taking a drink.

Excellent beers on tap and competitively priced especially considering that you're getting real beer that is real fresh. Five stars only if they hire some Hooter's girls to serve the brew.

They brew their own beer, with a focus on sours and saisons. Those aren't really my style, so I stuck with water, but if you're into those varieties, you'll probably enjoy the selection. The atmosphere was one of the highlights. I sat inside, but they also have a large, spacious outdoor patio that looked like a fantastic place to relax and hang out.
