There are tons of quality places around sebago lake to have your boat serviced. This is not one…read moreof them.... 10 weeks for a new throttle and speedo tube. emails and calls go unanswered. i just pulled my boat out of there...my patience is up. Steer clear.

Go ANYWHERE else!!!!!! If there was a 0 star option White Rock Outboard would be deserving of it…read more This place is hands-down without competition the worst snowmobile dealership/service center I have ever worked with. Last year after getting my snowmobile serviced I unfortunately sent a pick through my heat exchanger 15 miles into my ride. Reluctantly (after already having bad experiences there) I brought the sled in to White Rock where they charged me $400 to patch the part. The fix took about two weeks and after loading it onto the trailer it was leaking immediately. So I turned around and brought the snowmobile back to White rock where the sled sat UNTOUCHED for 7 months, that is right SEVEN months to fix their own mistake. Upon picking it up after the short seven month waiting period and having the service contact state "Well I don't know what you would like me to do, we didn't know it was here" multiple times, the sled no longer had reverse. So needless to say it was brought back AGAIN. How a dealership is unaware of their customers' machines is simply unbelievable. After calling and expressing my dissatisfaction with the quality of service, the person that answered was "unsure if the reverse gear had been working when it was dropped off"(which was used to back off the trailer the 2nd time it went to them.) They were quick to fix the problem and call me right back, And they were also quick to try to charge me $300 to fix something that broke during the time that they had it. After having to drive back in once more and arguing with the person at the front desk, the very nice service tech asked if wiping the $140 labor charge to change the reverse actuator would help, why the initial person hadn't offered this, well we won't go there, but I said yes and paid the balance. If all of this wasn't indication enough that you should shop somewhere else, this should put the icing on the cake. Upon coming to pick the sled up for the third/FINAL time, I was greeted by hostile attitude and again, awful service. Having had enough of the situation and dealing with this awful place I mentioned to her that I will be trading in the sled and purchasing a brand new one from somewhere else to which she replied "Have a nice life" and shut the door. I would sooner drive to Massachusetts or New Hampshire then have to deal with this place EVER again.
