Posh Nails Salon & Spa - Polish chipped after two days!

The location was bright, nicely decorated, and appeared to be clean. The employees were pleasant and laughed with each other a lot, which was nice to see. Three different employees served us, and they all worked efficiently. They did try to push various services on us, which was off-putting, but that's commonplace, so we just ignored it. I had a mani/pedi, my sister had a manicure, and my brother had a pedicure. Overall, each nail tech did a nice job, and we were pleased. Personally, I don't care for DND nail polish, so I wasn't happy that they were using that brand over OPI, but that's a minor detail. They also didn't use clean tools that came from a plastic bag, which was concerning, especially post Covid. Luckily, I haven't had any problems since leaving the salon. My tech was a gentleman with a cool looking fish tattoo on his left forearm. He was nice and did a good job, but I didn't like how he assumed that i wanted the same color nail lacquer for both my feet and hands. I didn't say anything because it wasn't a big deal, but he shouldn't have assumed. He also tried to grind off my nail bed even after I told him I only wanted a basic manicure. I had to stop him before he did it. To me, that seemed to be a way of him trying to force a higher priced service on me. If he had done it, then I wouldn't have had a choice but to get a no-chip or acrylic nail set. Prior to that, he'd kept asking if I wanted a no chip manicure. The customer service was good, but I'm only giving the location two stars because my manicure started chipping two days after I had them painted. I removed the polish altogether after the third day. Smh. I didn't wash dishes or do anything outlandish either. There's no reason for that to have happened. So far, the polish on my toes is still intact. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this nail salon.
