My tech was a gentleman with a cool looking fish tattoo on his left forearm. He was nice and did a good job, but I didn't like how he assumed that i wanted the same color nail lacquer for both my feet and hands. I didn't say anything because it wasn't a big deal, but he shouldn't have assumed. He also tried to grind off my nail bed even after I told him I only wanted a basic manicure. I had to stop him before he did it. To me, that seemed to be a way of him trying to force a higher priced service on me. If he had done it, then I wouldn't have had a choice but to get a no-chip or acrylic nail set. Prior to that, he'd kept asking if I wanted a no chip manicure. The customer service was good, but I'm only giving the location two stars because my manicure started chipping two days after I had them painted. I removed the polish altogether after the third day. Smh. I didn't wash dishes or do anything outlandish either. There's no reason for that to have happened. So far, the polish on my toes is still intact. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this nail salon.
