I was on and off here for a couple of years when I moved to the area, but now I'm locked in. Jenny is my nail tech and she is great. My nails don't break or chip when she does them. Each time when I would go to someone else, I'd have chipping or nail breaks. Jenny's neat and takes care of the small things people forget, like painting the nail rims and filing underneath so I don't have rough edges and that all the gel has been removed. I make appointments because there can be a wait. I recommend Jenny or her husband for gel or acrylic nails and Brian for pedicures. read more

Please don't come here!!! Racist and rude staff, especially the owner. I've been here many times and the last time I went to get my nails and feet done. The no chip polish chips immediately the next day so I had to go back for that .... Then Unfortunately my 2 big toes have developed some type of skin fungus, I believe they were cut too short. I went back today to simply ask for a refund for my pedicure only..... and I was told that they can't do that. I showed my toes to her and she insisted that they don't do anything wrong. I really can't believe how the owner didn't care!!! My feet were just fine before LISA did them. I'll never return and will be reporting this to the local health department and the Better Business Bureau. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I've been here once before and my experience was mediocre at best. I decided to come back when they were less busy. When I went today, the woman who did my pedicure was great. She was professional and did a good job. The young woman to did my fill-in and no chip French manicure, was slow and sloppy. I had to ask her repeatedly to reshape my nails because she couldn't file them straight. My nails look horrible. She and the lady sitting next to her did nothing but swear and gossip about all kinds of trashy nonsense. The profanity made me feel so uncomfortable that I was ready to leave before she finished both hands. I will never go back there. I spent $30 on a great pedicure and another $40 on this terrible no chip fill-in. Very disappointing. read more

I normally never have a good experience here. It is the closest to my house, so I always try to give them another chance. I went and asked for a specific nail design. The guy said ok. I get to the lady to polish. She polishes them, then starts to give me a French tip, but not how I wanted. The look I wanted simply couldn't be achieved because my nails were too long. I should have been told that from the beginning, to make a decision. I feel like ultimately they do what they want to do. I asked can they change my polish and he said no. Only 20% off. Very disappointed. Especially because they are one of the more expensive nail salons in the area. Won't be returning. Will take my dollars somewhere more deserving. Word of advice: Be 100% with customers. If you cannot achieve the look that they want, be honest whether it risks losing the business or not. read more

Jesus Christ can the nail technicians be anymore unprofessional. They were fighting and cursing at each other while they were doing my nails. I have been going to Lucky Nails for the past couple of months and have only had one technician. I discovered I had fungus on two of my toes. I texted the person who had been servicing me just to let her know that I had fungus and to be more careful next time. I told her I was supposed to come back, but this is the reason I hadn't. All she said was "That's fine by me. Thank you for letting me know". Not professional, not apologetic. So, needless to say, I will not be taking my toes or hard earned money there again. The first time I went here they did my nails perfectly. This has been my to-go place ever since! I usually get my nails really long and they always know how to shape them correctly. The no chip doesn't chip like many other reviews say. Horrible! I received a pedicure and manicure. Both were horrible. The younger guy polished my toes very sloppy. They were drying when the older man told me to basically move and sit at the station to dry. I had to make him grab my shoes for me. The lady told Him I needed a manicure as well. The older man began to paint my nails very sloppy. It was no one in the salon! I couldn't understand why he was rushing. By the time I got to the car you could see the uneven polish clearly in the sun. By the next half of my polish was off my hand and the pedicure looked all around horrible. Worst place EVER!!! Only two people that work their can do nails. They have to Black girls that do Manicures and Pedicures, but all they do is run their mouth about nothing instead of doing what their job duties request (Straight Ghetto).
