Most companies provide only one or two services but Omega Unit provided us with everything we needed. The owner is extremely knowledgeable in everything he does. I feel his customer service and his follow up services are better than his original service. Yes, most companies provide the service you are looking for. After soliciting quotes (via YELP) from various electronic installers, I connected to CISCOAV. Francisco provided a proper quote, in fact, his quote came in just under normal industry rates. Further review of his stellar reviews made my decision easy. I was moving forward with CISCOAV. Francisco arrived on time, properly attired per COVID 19 requirements, and quickly made a proper assessment of my existing doorbell. Because of the haphazard original wiring Francisco thought it best that he proceed by taking advantage of a transformer I purchased specifically for use with video doorbells. He then set course to replace it. After strict adherence to the Owner Manual instructions for my video doorbell, we arrived at the final step, the upgrade of the firmware to my new video doorbell. UT-OOOH! Crisis moment! :( In short, my video doorbell was "manufacturally defective". Without missing a beat, Franscisco let me know that as soon as I was able to procure its replacement he'd return to complete my installation. In less than 24 hrs. after notifying Francisco that I was in possession of my new (replacement )video doorbell, Francisco was back on-site. In no time he had the defective doorbell off, the new replacement fully installed, and after a few minutes my video doorbell was up and running as originally advertised. I am very pleased with Francisco's professionalism, skills, and character. Will definitely work with him in the future.

Since then, he has essentially ghosted us in transferring over the Crestron system to our ownership because we did not hire him for the additional projects and decided to go with another vendor. Should we not receive a transfer of the system within the next few days, we will plan to file a civil suit against Project Automate. Part of the reason we didn't hire Josh is echoed in the reviews below - if he doesn't feel that he can upsell you on all possible unnecessary projects, he simply ghosts you. "Customer service" is also outsourced to an external third-party call center, so you usually have no way of getting in touch with him. I recommend looking elsewhere for your AV needs.

Josh was never able to get the system working properly and it was filled with bugs and other issues. Josh then resorted to creating fraudulent invoices claiming that he came to my home and performed services when he never did so. Plain and simple fraud. When he was called put the fraudulent invoices, Josh sabatoged our system and cut off all our wifi access points. As a result of Josh's incompetence and malicious actions we have to hire another AV company to come in and take over the job. We are filing a civil lawsuit in superior court against Josh and his company and will update this review with the status of the case.
