I called Freeway Tires and was told there was no wait. I drove over in less than 10 minutes. Two big rig trucks were in the driveway. After I pulled up, a pick up truck with an extra long trailer pulled up behind me. I stood there and tried to get someone's attention, honestly I wasn't sure who worked there. I was asked to move my car and then told someone would help me out. One big rig truck driver was leaving and then the guy who pulled up behind me was helped next. I was a little confused since I had arrived first, they spoke to each other in Spanish so I couldn't figure out if there was a prior arrangement. Once everyone else was helped and left, someone came over to me. At this point I was sitting in my car because I was confused and very cold. The guy quickly examined my tire and said it was not fixable. He offered me the option to buy a used or new tire. Since the used tire available matched my set perfectly, I paid the $60 for the used tire. My tire was replaced in less than 10 minutes. I probably spent about 30 minutes there all together. I'm glad I practiced patience today, i didn't have to spend multiple hours waiting for my vehicle and I feel like I paid a fair price.
