Great service! I was referred to Jared by someone in the automotive industry and I am very happy I trusted him with my vehicle. I had some small, cosmetic damage from bumping into some items that I was tired of looking at. The price was right. Communication and convenience was great. And the final product looks fantastic. An ordinary body shop would have cost twice as much and taken 10 times as long. Thanks Jared!!!

Jarred did a fantastic job. My headlights were previously cloudy and now look new! He also fixed a door that was scuffed, scratched, and had a small dent; now with a fresh coat of paint. Furthermore, I was impressed with his turnaround time. Pricing seemed fair, as well. I would highly recommend Jarred as he is skilled, trustworthy and reliable.

So it's been almost 3 years since I had my door fixed and the paint hasn't held up well at all. It's chipping and peeling. I have tried to get in contact with Jarred and crickets. Disappointing.

I have been fortunate to have Jarred put my black Beauty back together on more than one occasion. Not only is he a supreme gentlemen, he does the most beautiful work around. I was told I would have my car back in 7 days (did some major damage) and I got it back in 3.5 days!!!! The car looks brand new!! Thank you, Jarred!! While I love seeing ya, I hope I don't see you for awhile unless it's at the supermarket ;-)

I had an accident that caused significant damage to the driver's side door, with lesser damage to the rear door (per photo) - and, of course, this occurred shortly after I dropped collision insurance as the G35 is an old vehicle and starting to show its age, including old bumper damage and an annoying rust spot. So that is the backstory. I got several recommendations, and when I was driving to one, Art's shop popped up in my app - and I headed there to get a quote. This was an early stop, and I filed it away but noted Art's conversation with another potential client that impressed me re: non-OEM part replacement. After gathering ~ 5 quotes - including driving North hoping for lower rates, I was despondent. The repairs were going to cost more than was rational - and I have a wife. But Art's quote was close to doable, perhaps if I also had some of the legacy issues fixed I could rationalize spending the money on my old friend? And that is what we did - Art modified the quote to include several items that made her look better than before the accident! Oh, when I first got her back, a piece of trim was still in need of repair; Art scoured the earth and purchased the scarce part on his dime (well, it was actually pricey for him) and installed it while I waited on a quick return visit - no charge to me. Again, so rare to have a good experience these days, so sorry for all the text but Art deserved it for saving my fair lady!

Been going to Gavin at Dents No More Auto Body Repair for years now and I wouldn't trust anyone…read moreelse. I've referred over 20 friends to him and every single one has been beyond happy. Super cool guy, easy to work with, and his work speaks for itself. Honestly does better work than the big body shops and at way better pricing. Most my cars are Matte and he knows how to match exactly! I've taken all my high-end luxury cars to him and he always delivers flawless results. I'm extremely picky with my cars and I would NOT go anywhere else. Trust me look no further.

I have been coming here for few times over the last few years, but I will not come back anymore…read moreafter my recent visit. Gavin gave me two options initially, and I chose the second option replacing front right light with a used light and repairing the fender. Long story short, repairing the fender (making a bracket and welding) was done in same day, but due to ordering the wrong light twice and/or his incompetence dealing with tesla light programming, it took 1 week and 2 days to get my car back with me getting and delivering him the used light with matching part number myself. He kept blaming on the wrong used light that he ordered and kept being rude, whining to me about his time and money lost working on my car, telling me he is doing me a favor when it was his incompetence in ordering the right part or programming tesla light the whole time. I got sick and tired of hearing this BS (felt like he was a customer complaining) so much that I decided to not come back anymore and will go to a different PDR shop in the future. At one point, he requested I need to make an appointment at tesla so he can bring his car there. Second used light he ordered is "DOT 1077372-00-K", and my original light is "DOT 1077372-00-L". According to tesla and from my research, both lights are compatible, but he could not figure it out and at the end, he told me he needs exactly the same part which according to his words, he took a whole lot of time calling and searching for it. It took me 10 min to find whole bunch of them used and took me 30 min to locate the one that I can pick up locally (1hr 30min away) that worked after 5 min after I brought it to him. I wish he just told me the part number in the beginning, and I ordered it myself as if I did it, it'd be done in one day without all of his whining. His final bill was about $240 higher than the estimate as he added tech bill for $240 (he called tesla tech at one point that didn't go anywhere). After I came home, I also noticed one bolt with a washer below my wipers that he is not replying to me if it's from my car and noticed the upper tub under the hood was not clicked in properly. I was very frustrated, but I still was not going to leave a bad review for him considering my past experience, but as soon as I noticed he is ignoring my texts about the bolt, that was it. I won't go back even regarding this bolt that I have no idea where it came from. He never apologized to me even once during this whole time. His attitude was the opposite. Not sure what changed him.
