I waited weeks for this appointment and received this message as I was walking in from the parking lot 3 min late. I have previously waited 20 min when they were delayed and had no issue w it. Another time I was 7 min late (traffic) but paid for my session anyway. I do understand that a business needs to keep customer bookings on time but the experience of being cancelled 3 min in was beyond extreme, that could be the difference between 2 people's watch's. You need to set expectations of how early you want clients to show up and wait so that they will not be considered late and cancelled.

They have a wonderful video-based education plan that you get looped into. You learn about the biochem behind the plan from an M.D., and you get cooking and exercise tips. If you are looking at Yelp reviews of competing plans, here are a few comparison points. This plan doesn't force you to spend time in-office listening to "hypnosis tapes" as some competing plans apparently do.
