Ordered Jr. Double Cheeseburger, they came out with order ticketed for a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger which I took because it took so long to receive, and when I got home to eat it was a Jr. Bacon Burger. This is ridiculous. Called corporate and reported, and they don't seem to care either. Never going back. All anyone says about our Sonic is how badly they mess up orders. read more

Pretty tasty mozzarella sticks I highly recommend ordering drinks or really anything on their app drinks are half off on their app the only complaint is by the time I got my slush it wasn't really a slush more liquidy then slush. read more

I got me and my eleven year daughter food and drinks from there Jan 29-2025 and she has 4 hairs in her fries!!!!! and my drink was completely watered down and food was cold and we will not be going back for a long time! read more

Ran by children, they never get the order right because they're too hyper focused on their phones. Looking through the pickup window you can see just how nasty looking it is inside the building. The food itself is also pretty gross and that's IF you actually get what you ordered. read more

Me and one of my friends had gone to sonic the other day and I ordered a meal and drinks with it, they read it back and everything was correct. When they brought us our food my drink was incorrect and we were missing two fries so I let them know and the worker told me she knew where they were, so she goes the get them and proceeded to bring us only one of our fries and walks away before I was able to say anything about the other. I'm very disappointed in how they work and their food services! read more

I don't ordinarily give reviews but this time I must. I don't know that I will ever visit sonic in Winfield again. Last week the young man at the window knocked over my sundae and when the cherry fell out, he simply picked it up and put it back on top. Not good. No gloves just took my money and picked up the cherry with unwashed hands. Today I went and the young man at the window gave me my dri k then turned and reached in to the ice bin and grabbed a handfull of ice. If I was reading this I don't know if I'd believe it but it happened and the manager simply said " I will talk to him". Just WOW read more

Disgusting. their hotdogs were moldy and burnt would NOT eat again. It seems like they don't care who has the job, they do their jobs poorly. And my Medium soft drink had a few cuts in it and i got my soda everywhere!. Please up your quality. You have 1 star and your doing nothing about it. read more

We went to Sonic in Winfield for a quick dinner after a hard day of working. 2 items ordered were a chili cheese hotdog as well as their large chili cheese tots. Neither of them had hardly any chili, but a ton of onion. After driving home and eating part of the meal we decided to drive back to Sonic to complain about the poor quality of food. They were less than accommodating to us. Excuses and no option for fixing it. They Said we can't refund because you already ate part of it. We responded that we did not want a refund, just fix the meal. Well they did. We got COLD food with COLD Chile added to our original order. Absolutely the WORST experience we've ever had at a Sonic. They really don't deserve the 1 star. read more

My first visit to a Sonic Drive-Inn was when one opened up in my small hometown in Kansas. It was 1964 and I was in high school, loved their chocolate Cokes, coneys, onion rings and chili pies! Over the years, no matter where I lived I would frequent a Sonic from time to time. Even had one of my sons worked for a Sonic when he was in high school during part of the 1990s. The late 1990s I noticed the chili tasted different, not as good as it once was, so I discontinued ordering their coneys. Then thereafter they took their fish sandwich off their menu, then later their salads, which I liked both. I do love the hot dogs like Chicago and All American they started selling couple of years ago. A few weeks I went to the Sonic in Winfield, KS where I have some relatives living. I ordered the foot long cheese coney, got it to go. When started eating it, the coney was terrible. The chili was runny, causing it to make the bottom of the bun soggy. The hot dog has a strong smokey taste and a rubbery texture. Instead of real shredded cheese like they use to use, it was more like a runny flat tasting cheese sauce. I will not be ordering the coneys at this Sonic location ever again! Nasty! read more

My friends and I went here after a day at the lake. We showed up at 3:45 and was able to order within 3 minutes. We ordered 3 drinks and some tots and waited for 20 minutes before asking about our order. The carhop quickly brought it out with no explanation and cold tots. Mad and disappointed to say the least. Could do way better. Luckily I'm not actually a real food critic, but just an angry customer. read more
