I bought a gift card for $30 , that was evidently thrown in the trashcan. We didn't realize, that the recipient didn't have it for 16 days. I went in with proof on my bill of $178. He said he had to have the serial number. Many stores can pull up proof of a gift card's use. When I called first, he said that if I had taken a picture of it ,with the serial number, that he would not have honored it . Yet , then I went in, thinking he would recognize me and be helpful . He said he had to have the serial number. There was nothing that he would do to honor the $30. I even asked him to check with the owner. He wouldn't do that. Unfortunately, I have never felt that they have been good with understanding customer service. I think one should greet your customers, and offer to take the wine out. The lady, who's mostly in the beer side has always been wonderful, and I've told her, how I have felt. I will not be going back.

They also have a lot of great trinkets and miscellaneous items. The one very minor negative thing I might say is that the parking lot is very beat up, and is kind of a pain to get in and out of. Nevertheless, it's still a great beverage store!

Not only do they have any alcoholic beverage you can dream of, but they have a lot of them in different sizes as well, which definitely came in handy for me. On the beer and wine side, they have a great selection of local craft beers, as well as an extensive selection of wines. On the liquor side, they have all the major name brands, but also some foreign imports that I had never even heard of before. As for the customer service, it was great as well! I was able to chat with one of the gentlemen that works there, and he told me a lot about how the different liquors are crafted, fermented, bottled, stored, etc., which was really interesting to hear and learn about. All-in-all, Morganelli's was great, and I can't recommend it enough!

This was one of those occasions where I decided to pop into the beer and wine side. Upon entry, there was no attention to the customers, but I was like whatever good customer service isn't always the standard anymore especially when the employees are on their cellphones. Again, no big deal. I figured hey someone one I got in would speak and offer assistance. Instead, the employees looked at me as if I had on an orange jumpsuit in shackles. It was really weird and uncomfortable. I tried to power through it just to get what I needed but then with not being offered help and being uncomfortable with people looking at me like I was on the most recent episode of America's Most Wanted, I just left to go get what I needed elsewhere. Totally unfortunate because once upon a time I really favored Bottles, and it had been a while since my last visit, but never did it feel like this one. I didn't go to the alcohol side so I'm not sure if it would have been the same over there or not.
