    There's so much I want to say. In summary, the food is never hot, you don't get much, they throw it…read moretogether, they are slow, they don't understand customer service, and the restaurant always feels like a freezer because they keep it so cold. I eat there frequently, at least once a week for the past year, and it has always been this way. Why do I keep going? Because there's someone in the family who doesn't eat much but will eat their chicken, so I go for that person. FOOD IS NEVER HOT - never ever has it been hot. YOU DON'T GET MUCH - the tenders are smaller than tenders at other chicken places, and if you get a salad or wrap you will barely have a few bites of chicken. Years ago their salads used to be awesome. Over time the amount has gotten smaller and smaller, and forget thinking you'll have much chicken on it. If you want chicken, you'll need to order chicken on the side. THEY THROW IT TOGETHER - if you get a wrap, be prepared for a skimpy bit of food thrown in the middle with just a little bit of cheese. They never spread it out. See pictures I'm adding of the wrap from last night. THEY ARE SLOW - last night we stood inside and waited 21 minutes for 2 wraps and fries, while we could clearly see in the kitchen three young men who weren't hustling at all, and one was doing nothing and goofing around. Also, there was a manager and 4 people in the front. Really? And we waited 21 minutes for just a handful of cold food? THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE - the people just stand there with a blank face and take your order after you initiate it. Never do they say hello, welcome, hi, glad to have you, what can I get you... NEVER. THE RESTAURANT FEELS LIKE A FREEZER - Take a jacket and wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. I'm not kidding. People come in there and move around trying to find a warmer place or get away from a vent, but they can't. We've learned to dress warmly. So... the food has an average taste, but don't expect a good dining experience.

At the window to pay, no hello or any type of greeting, just do you want your receipt? At the pick up window, again, no greeting, no hello, nothing but Here's your straw. As she handed my drink, I asked if they did put my splenda in the bag, she rolled her eyes, walked away and returned with 6, when she had asked asked how many, I had said 8 or 9. (I had requested 8 or 9 splenda at the time I ordered in the drive thru) One employee was walking around looking to help her coworkers out, she walked over and said hi. We exchanged pleasantries, and then she handed my food to me. I had given up on McDs being a choice for quick and good food and service because in all 6 years I've lived here, the experiences were very below par. Then a few months ago, I experienced very good visits. I even commented to others that McDs has stepped up their game. However, tonight, just proved me nothing good stays good forever. I hate that your employees are unhappy working there and are miserable and great your customers with coldness. but, we the customers, did not choose to work for you, we chose to give you our hard earned cash in exchange for what we believed to be good fast food and at best, service with a hello and a smile. That was my take on the service, let's talk about the food: I ordered Quarter Pounder, no cheese, add bacon. SUPER dry sandwich, bread felt hard in some places. Fries: hard as a brick and had salt, I ordered without. I couldn't eat them, hey were like sticks. This is where my experience concerns me is that I ordered a large unsweetened tea with 8 or 9 splenda because your tea needs that much because it is so strong. I am so glad I test tasted before I added splenda. Your employee have me sweet tea. I'm diabetic. I would have ended up in the ER with serious consequences had I not taste tested the tea first. Come on Mr/Mrs McDs Owner, get your act together and be more stringent in training people that come to work for you. Signed, NotTheBestExperience.
