They are music during ordering in the drive thru. Got tots instead of fries fine, only got one of two shakes and then be told to pay more because they did not hear my order even though I made sure to ask if there was another milkshake on the way waiting for the fries to be made. Stupid behavior over there. read more

ordered a combo number 2 waited about 4 mins for them to give me my meal..The burger and fries were both cold and old. food preparation is horrible. No consideration for the paying customers read more

Just had order delivered. Order was all wrong. Asked for coney no cheese or Chilli add ketchup and onions. Nope plain Chilli cheese coney. Allergic to their Chilli. No dog for me. the only thing they got right in my order was the drinks. i said ranch and she said "ranch?" and continued to give me 4 honey mustards. I asked for fries instead of tots and got extra tots. disappointed :( :( :( read more

i've been sitting at the sonic screen for 40 minutes waiting on a burger and 2 drinks. i re pressed the button to assure that they had my order because the screen wasn't working for me to pay. she told me they had my order and I can pay when they brought it out to me, after waiting so long I went through the drive-through and it turns out they did not have my order so I replaced it and got it much faster through the drive-through. their card reader also wasn't working so I had to pay in cash because they don't take Apple Pay. she was nice though. read more

If you try to go here anytime after 11:30pm good luck. They will try anything to not take your order. There were 6 other vehicles in the parking lot at the ordering booths, I pulled up and was told they were only taking orders in the drive thru. I went to the Drive thru and then was told that I could only order depending on what I wanted. I got what I ordered and they left out all the sauces and I specifically asked 3 times for these sauces. I pulled up to the window and the drive thru window was slammed in my face when trying to ensure that I was going to have the correct food. I was charged for the biggest size for one part of my order and got a small. read more

I ordered extra m&ms in my sonic blast to only get maybe 15 in the whole thing. I had to go to the gas station next door and buy a pack of m&ms to put in it. Just dissatisfied with the fellow at the window and the fact I had light m&ms when I paid for extra... read more

Female employees was rude taking my order and had the audacity to come stand in front of my vehicle and vaoe. Couldn't see her name tag otherwise I would have posted her name. Visited at 5pm Oct 18th 2020. Fries were old and salty. I hope the standard is raised soon or I'll have to give Sonic up! read more

They are slow and will not answer the parking order screens. Sat here for 30 min and still didn't get an answer and it actually worked.

I ordered my food on the mobile app and announced at the drive through speaker why I was there. At the window, they asked me to pull up. After about 6 cars drove off behind me, they came out with a clipboard to find out what My order was. If you did not have my order, tell me that at the speaker or tell me that when I'm at the freaking window. Don't pull me up and make me wait 10 minutes just to come outside and tell me that you don't even know what I ordered. Stay in school kids. These employees did not and we see what happens. read more

Waited over ten minutes to place an order. Seriously. The drive thru wasn't faster either so I left and went to Zaxby's. Would not recommend the Sonic on Hwy 96 read more

Only giving one star cause I have to in order to write the review. Went here last night and asked if this location had the Philly cheese steak. Which after having to ask the manager the employee at the drive thru said yes they do. We ordered a few of them and pulled around to the window. When we got to the window the employee stated that they can't give us the food because they don't know how to make the item. Wtf!!!! How do you not know how to make the item you have at your store. The manager said they don't know how to cook the meat read more

We visit this Sonic a couple times a month, minimum, for sundaes. Last time we ordered hot fudge and got chocolate syrup sundaes. Tonight we pulled up and I asked if the hot fudge was hot. We had intended to order strawberry sundaes if the answer came back in the negative but we were told the fudge was in fact hot. Our sundaes were delivered to us and the hot fudge wasn't, there was no whipped cream or a cherry. We were almost ready to accept this but I asked the delivery kid where was the whipped cream and cherry on top. He promptly said that sundaes don't have whipped cream or cherries and I told him this was incorrect and that we come for sundaes at least twice a month for at least the last three years. We told him we would settle for two strawberry sundaes and he told us they didn't have any strawberries. Two reworked sundaes were delivered and with chocolate syrup with whipped cream and a cherry. Not a good scenario. read more

This was quite literally the worst Sonic I've ever been to. They forgot about my order altogether and then when I called them again saying that I ordered 30 minutes prior, he responded by saying "I'll look for it." 20 minutes AFTER THAT I talked to one of the servers who then went in and got my food. The food was wrong and missing multiple things. The drink, which I get at every Sonic I go to, was absolutely disgusting. Seriously not worth the money or the hour. Would give it zero stars if I could. read more

Terrible service. The last two trips there our order was never taken. We hit the red button multiple times and waited for 10 plus minutes without being served. I counted seven cars that drove off today without having their order taken. I can't imagine how much money is being lost... read more

Tried to order the Carhop Classic Special today at lunch from Sonic on Hwy 96 and was told it hadn't started yet. There was a sign offering it on the order board. Was told it would start this weekend-today is Saturday. When is the weekend? Asked again if I could order it and was told there was no where to ring it up. Asked for manager-he had stepped out. Lunch from Burger King was great! read more

Went here for breakfast(first time) got a breakfast burrito and coffee. Burrito was okay, not the best. But what really disturbed me was when I took the lid off of my coffee. There was stuff floating around... Not sure if it was mold, food or what. I took it back to sonic, showed the and the MANAGER told me it was little parts of ice cream cones that had fallen in the cup.... Umm.. Idc! Got my money back. read more

I recently moved to the area and this was only my 2nd trip to this Sonic. I ordered drinks and a corn dog for my son. We were halfway home when he showed me this. The corn dog was discolored and hard as though they dug a month old corn dog out from behind the fryer and served it. I couldn't have been more disgusted... and will not be returning. read more

Went there to get drinks for the family back at home so it was a rather big order. They didn't even read it back to me so like I thought, they forgot a drink. The person who brought it out had the worst attitude like o had offended her somehow when I was being nothing but polite. And they still charged me for the drink the forgot to give me. So yeah, crappy service. Don't go there. read more

At approximately 930 on 525 2016 we went to the drive up and placed our order we had to place it 3 to 4 times the girl that was taking our order got very defensive and was getting rude. Evidently if you want where the the customers are always right you need to go to Chick-fil-A. Then I got home it was going to eat my Chicago dog in it look like someone took a bite out of the end of the hotdogs so I threw it away so we won't be eating food there read more

I don't even remember the last time the Sonic here hasn't messed up my order. Have forgotten entire parts of small orders before. Takes a long time for them to do a single order, seems like they are always unprepared. Extremely disappointing service. read more

Sat in a stall for 15 minutes, and pushed the button and waited to place our order. Saw about 8 people walking in and out of the building, and about 10 people inside standing around talking. Never placed an order, customer service is terrible, numerous employees walked by and looked at us and gave a half smile. Absolutely ridiculous! Does not even deserve a star, but couldn't post without hitting one. read more

Worst Sonic ever. Don't go there unless you have a lot of time to wait. This place is poorly run. Zero management.

This Sonic continues to go downhill. Looks to be due to poor management. Food is poorly prepared. Recently, my wife brought a hamburger home for lunch. Looked like it had been put together an hour prior. A small piece of lettuce not much bigger than a postage stamp is all she got. This is a place to avoid, especially with all the other good fast food places nearby. Eight or nine years ago both food and service were quite good. Not really quality ingredients. read more

I will not return to this location again. The employees could care less about having a customer or taking care of a customer. Worst service experience I've ever had. I advised the employee that they should walk away from the window and customer sight if they were going to talk bad about their customers. I will advise everyone I know to go somewhere else. read more

The lady working the microphone at the window must have been new because she asked us several times to repeat our order. But when the food arrived, everything was correct. It was all hot and tasted good. We decided to order the cake and ice cream cone. The cake was only on top of the cone. All that was in the rest of the cone was vanilla ice cream. It was very disappointing and don't think it is advertised that way. read more

This will be my LAST visit to this location. We went through the drive thru to order. We gave our order, the girl read it back, we corrected her then pulled up to pay. Guess what, they shorted our order. We gave it back so they could figure out which burger they didn't put in the bag and were asked to pull up and wait. First they sent some guy out who said he doesn't work the drive thru. He was clueless. Next the assistant manager comes up to say the burger never made it on to the order. Ours was a "complicated" order therefore the girl missed it and we now owed them $4+. Not happy, should have just given back the entire order and gotten a refund. When we got home we discovered they had still screwed up and one of the burgers was wrong. I ended up eating leftovers. Maybe you should man up and admit your employee made a mistake and not expect the CUSTOMER to make things right. There are plenty of other places to eat. I'll take my money elsewhere. read more
