i've been sitting at the sonic screen for 40 minutes waiting on a burger and 2 drinks. i re pressed the button to assure that they had my order because the screen wasn't working for me to pay. she told me they had my order and I can pay when they brought it out to me, after waiting so long I went through the drive-through and it turns out they did not have my order so I replaced it and got it much faster through the drive-through. their card reader also wasn't working so I had to pay in cash because they don't take Apple Pay. she was nice though. read more

If you try to go here anytime after 11:30pm good luck. They will try anything to not take your order. There were 6 other vehicles in the parking lot at the ordering booths, I pulled up and was told they were only taking orders in the drive thru. I went to the Drive thru and then was told that I could only order depending on what I wanted. I got what I ordered and they left out all the sauces and I specifically asked 3 times for these sauces. I ordered my food on the mobile app and announced at the drive through speaker why I was there. At the window, they asked me to pull up. After about 6 cars drove off behind me, they came out with a clipboard to find out what My order was. If you did not have my order, tell me that at the speaker or tell me that when I'm at the freaking window. Don't pull me up and make me wait 10 minutes just to come outside and tell me that you don't even know what I ordered. Stay in school kids. These employees did not and we see what happens. read more

We visit this Sonic a couple times a month, minimum, for sundaes. Last time we ordered hot fudge and got chocolate syrup sundaes. Tonight we pulled up and I asked if the hot fudge was hot. We had intended to order strawberry sundaes if the answer came back in the negative but we were told the fudge was in fact hot. Our sundaes were delivered to us and the hot fudge wasn't, there was no whipped cream or a cherry. We were almost ready to accept this but I asked the delivery kid where was the whipped cream and cherry on top. He promptly said that sundaes don't have whipped cream or cherries and I told him this was incorrect and that we come for sundaes at least twice a month for at least the last three years. We told him we would settle for two strawberry sundaes and he told us they didn't have any strawberries. Two reworked sundaes were delivered and with chocolate syrup with whipped cream and a cherry. They forgot about my order altogether and then when I called them again saying that I ordered 30 minutes prior, he responded by saying "I'll look for it." 20 minutes AFTER THAT I talked to one of the servers who then went in and got my food. The food was wrong and missing multiple things. The drink, which I get at every Sonic I go to, was absolutely disgusting. Seriously not worth the money or the hour. I recently moved to the area and this was only my 2nd trip to this Sonic. I ordered drinks and a corn dog for my son. We were halfway home when he showed me this. This Sonic continues to go downhill. Looks to be due to poor management. Food is poorly prepared. Recently, my wife brought a hamburger home for lunch. Looked like it had been put together an hour prior. A small piece of lettuce not much bigger than a postage stamp is all she got. The lady working the microphone at the window must have been new because she asked us several times to repeat our order. But when the food arrived, everything was correct. It was all hot and tasted good. We decided to order the cake and ice cream cone. The cake was only on top of the cone. All that was in the rest of the cone was vanilla ice cream. This will be my LAST visit to this location. We went through the drive thru to order. We gave our order, the girl read it back, we corrected her then pulled up to pay. Guess what, they shorted our order. We gave it back so they could figure out which burger they didn't put in the bag and were asked to pull up and wait. First they sent some guy out who said he doesn't work the drive thru. He was clueless. Next the assistant manager comes up to say the burger never made it on to the order. Ours was a "complicated" order therefore the girl missed it and we now owed them $4+. Not happy, should have just given back the entire order and gotten a refund. When we got home we discovered they had still screwed up and one of the burgers was wrong. I ended up eating leftovers.
