The young lady working the drive-thru today told me the SuperSonic breakfast burrito doesn't have onions. I told her that it comes with onions at every other Sonic I've gone to. She ignored my request and the result was the burrito had an excruciating amount of onions. Make sure your staff knows the menu more than the customers, please. read more

If you want to find the worlds shittiest food in the cooked by the dumbest people in the world then you would enjoy this place. Absolutely horrible service. My first sandwich was two extra crispy chicken tenders are you kidding me?! Dry and old af. Don't ever eat here. I repeat do not ever eat here. The drinks are fire though. read more

One of the slowest sonics that I have been to. Just depends on the day as to what it's going to be like. Overall the food is good when we do get it. Just a bit inconsistent read more

Either order ahead or be prepared to wait 30+ minutes for your order. I've been setting here for about 30 minutes, (I'm 1 of maybe 2 cars in the parking lot) haven't payed yet because they rang my order in on the wrong stall. This is actually ridiculous, I've been to multiple other packed locations that get food out faster than this. read more

I would give them zero stars if it was an option but the food is horrible the service is sad, pitiful, unorganized and the whole parking lot had trash I could see the big black cook with no gloves on and the kids up front playing around my food after a long 25 minute wait I finally got my cheeseburger and coke, yes 25 minutes for a cheeseburger and coke and my burger was cold. When I expressed to the young lady that my food was cold she got an attitude and I could see and hear her and the big black cook talking and making fun of me she was short dark hair and white kinda resembled miss piggy from the muppets. read more

Service sucks! People laughing off and on while ordering in drive thru. Waited at window just to pay over 5 minutes... This is pretty frequent, will not waste my time or money here read more

What has happen to Sonic??? No bacon on Bacon Cheeseburger, fries cold, Coke all over cup!!! We sit in a car stall, push button when ready to order & was abruptly told to use the drive thru. We did use the drive thru...no big deal, but when we parked, after ordering to use the patio...was informed that the patio was closed!! read more

I ordered a chocolate oreo blast, they forgot to put chocolate in it. So, they made me a second one and in the second one, they literally put one scoop of oreo at the bottom of my medium blast and filled the rest with plain ice cream. When I told the workers this isn't what i wanted they got very snappy at me. I showed the carhop my disgraceful blast and she said there is nothing she can do other than give me a scoop of oreo bits in a cup. The consumer service was horrible they did not respect me at all and made me feel unsafe being on their lot. Unless you like food you didn't order and awful costumer service, i wouldn't go here. read more

I really don't understand why I have visited this place twice and twice they haven't gotten my order correct. I repeated my order twice in the drive through and once at the window. Still wrong! The number doesn't even work to call! read more

The service at the Valley Center location is pretty horrible. The food is good Sonic food but the staff are rude. Especially the lady who takes your order over the speaker. read more

Sat in the stall for 5 minutes after pushing the button; no one ever acknowledged we were there, let alone took our order.

Literally the worst. It doesn't matter what time you order or what you order it is the slowest, worst customer service, running business in Valley Center. If you actually need food, DO NOT GO HERE. read more

The service is good, not slow. But they don't ask you what size of something ordered. They just assume the size.

Employees are friendly and helpful. I have had three instances where I sat at the booth waiting for 15 to 20 minutes for someone to take my order. Every time other customers would pull in, order, and receive their order in the same time I was waiting. read more

every single time I come to this location they are out of Dr.pepper, can't refund my order because it was online or whatever the case may be! it is always something! very sad! read more

Absolutely the worst Sonic hands down! If they had a zero rating this place would be below that! We have given them multiple chances just to be continually let down by poor service, and atrocious food quality!! Evidently they don't care because nothing has been done to address these issues. It's time to turn the lights off at the VC Sonic!!!! read more

Worst sonic ever. No clue how they stay in business when you can't even get someone to take your order

This is without a doubt the worst Sonic in Kansas. I have lived in Valley Center for 5 years and I would say on average they get your order right 10% of the time. We have sent back the wrong food and they have brought that same food out to us again. Forget to but all the food in the bag, consistently making the order wrong, leave you waiting in the drive thru forever. I called and complained and supposedly they have to mail you 2 "gift cards" wasn't a shocker when they never showed up in the mail. If it wasn't for Valley Center having lack of options this place would be closed. read more

I believe you take away at least one good learning experience from every relationship you make. My good learning experience from my Ex Husband was Sonic Burger. Seriously - for all his faults and short comings, the man introduced me to the concept of the Strawberry Limeaide, the frito pie and a grilled cheese sammy on texas toast. This Sonic gets 5 stars in my review because it was my first chance at trying it when we were visiting his hometown. I have since traveled many many places in the past 10 years, chasing that first delicious Sonic flavor and joy that I got upon my first sip of what could only be considered perfectiong (the Strawberry limeade) And for that, I thank you Mr. Ex Husband, and to Sonic, you will always be in my heart... if you choose to ever come and make a permanent home in Sonoma County - I may weigh 500 pounds, so perhaps it's best to keep our relationship at bay. read more

Rock hard hamburger buns. Onion rings sitting in a large puddle of grease in the sack. Hair in BOTTOM of drink cup

The service is typically good and the food is good. I personally am not a fan of fast food but this place is good especially since there are not a lot of options in the town. read more

For the hundredth time Sonic screwed up my order. First I waited for 5 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive through. Then when I was given my drinks the one looked like peach tea which is what I ordered but when I got home and took a sip I realized that it was cherry coke or some fountain drink. I don't drink soda!!!! Now....I have no drink because I'm not going to drive all the way back to rectify the situation. the sound of a large coke going down the drain. read more

Lunch group is good but later service is terrible. Long waits in line, rude service, and wrong orders. I'm not going back, I'll use the Sonic in Park City. read more

As a former Sonic Employee, I can say that the service here is good and the food quality is fantastic. They no longer had the Chicken Club Toaster on the menu, but I described it to the car hop and she rang it up perfectly. I also ordered Chili Cheese Tots and a Route 44 cherry vanilla dr. Pepper. The carhop was friendly and thorough. The Chicken Club came out exactly as expected and was a great temperature. The chili cheese tots came out hot and very good. The drink mix was perfect (sonic employees have to add the correct amounts of cherry and vanilla to the beverage). Definitely will return to this location. read more

Horrible service and horrible management that doesn't care about your experience there what do ever!!!! If you have time to wait about 30minutes just to get your order taken then here you go! Plus to have them not care about your food or how your experience is I can not stand a place that doesn't take pride in their work environment! Never going back here again! read more

This Sonic in Valley Center has got to be, quite easily, the most mis-managed Sonic I've ever been too. Being a resident of Valley Center, we are encouraged to "shop local". I've tried and tried to be faithful to our local Sonic-but, my family and I are consistently met with poor customer service. I truly believe that a successful business starts with ownership. I don't know who owns this particular location-but, they need to wake up and invest in their store. The current management doesn't seem to care. The employees don't care. So, why should a resident care? And, it's not just one thing. They have bad drive thru times, poor food quality, poor wait time to even answer a waiting parked car, etc. I've been by several times and was told they were "out" of a product-including feature products. How does that happen? I can go five miles up the road and receive fantastic service from the next towns local Sonic. I'd be embarrassed to manage such a poor performing store-let alone own it. The Valley Center location needs to really re-evaluate who they are and where they want to go. Having employees that don't care is hurting the franchise. Until I hear of positive change-I will not be buying from this Sonic. I'll drive ten minutes out of my way to a better ran location. read more

This sonic is ok for ice cream or a simple order but if ordering for your family they are incapable of handling it. Complaints to owner will go on deaf ears I was it is a Sonic and mistakes happen when I complained. So if you want a hamburger not a cheese burger do not go her as the no cheese request will go on deaf ears no matter how many times you emphasize it suring the order read more
