I strongly urge you to never do pick up or do delivery because there's a 25% chance or greater you will be missing something from your order or your food won't be packaged well and will have spilled everywhere in the bag. And I can confidently say this after half a dozen plus chances on delivery. Unfortunately it's not small things like silverware that are usually missing. It's usually entire meals or entire sides ordered a la carte. I feel crazy enough thinking perhaps I forgot to order something or click something but they always attach a receipt to the outside of the bag confirming that indeed, I am not crazy. They are just not thorough. Examples of missing items: No chips with chips and salsa One time we got just someone else's order entirely (nothing matched our order) Multiple instances of sides missing Today my pizza was missing. There were only three items on this order so now currently figuring out if I'm reordering a pizza or just scrounging around in my pantry after all. I would understand a bit better if perhaps our orders were complicated but I'm only ever ordering for just two. It doesn't ever seem like anyone is checking for accuracy or quality assurance to make sure packaging is closed all the way or seal proof. However for sure, their pickup and delivery system is very flawed I can say emphatically.
