I love the convenience of the pull up order system at Sonic! It was easy to order and the attendant was friendly and helpful. We had Cheeseburgers and TaterTots! They were great! Flavorful and hot. We got them with Mayo and found out they are called a Sissy Burger! I think that's funny! I've always had good luck with Sonic. Thanks for the great job! Sorry no photos this time! Too hungry! Will try next time! read more

I ordered the smash burger because I had seen ads on tv and decided to try it. I loved the burger, fries, and medium root beer everything was hot and delicious. The service was great and quick as always. Sonic is my go to place when I want something quick and I don't have to get out of my vehicle. read more

This Sonic overcharged me by $7 and when I reached out to the manager on duty they didn't understand. I reached out to customer service support ten days ago and they have yet to respond. I even included receipts and screenshots. The app was down so we had to go through the red button. The person on the other end said that they would honor app price. I rang the same price of what I got into the app and it was $7 cheaper. The people proceeded to charge me for every single item as if it were Ala carte instead of the combo price listed on the menu. You are better off taking your business to McDonalds up the street. At least they don't overcharge you for their mediocre food and terrible service. read more

I ordered a chicken sandwich and they brought out chicken strips. After about 20 mins of patiently waiting for my food, with a tip in my hand, the wrong food comes out. I told them it was fine and I would just eat the strips because I know that working in the food industry sucks sometimes, and they ended up being completely raw on the inside:) thanks for the salmonella!!! read more

I love the ice! If you are lucky enough to find a Sonic with green Chile, try a green Chile cheeseburger.

We ordered 3 cheeseburger combos and specifically requested no condiments in the app. Well low and behold when we opened up the burgers they were pouring mayonnaise. The beef was very dark in colour and was not fresh and obviously was reheated in a microwave or was laid out underneath a heat lamp. The beef did not have the glisten of freshly cooked grease that you see off of a normal griddle cooked burger instead it was a greaseless dark dry edged patty. I immediately followed the instructions on the receipt to provide feedback and called the local store. I was met with a very argumentative manager on duty named Ashley who basically called the customer a liar. She rebuttled that the burgers come by default with Mayo and ketchup so that I must be not telling the truth. If that was true then why did the burgeers only have mayo on them and no ketchup which proves that she is wrong they did mess up the order. I got a follow up email about 4 days later from a guy named Jeff who apparently operates this joint. He seemed more interested in being right than customer retention. The only thing he took ownership for was the beef not being fresh. Basically echoed Ashley's sentiment and insinuated that I did not put in the order right and argued with me that the app does not have an option for no condiments. At the time I put in my order it allowed for customization which I clearly put no condiments. Good luck if you have a bad experience here they will insinuate that you are lying and don't want to believe the customer and prefer their pride over having a customer come back to this joint. Yeah I got my money back but beware customers of a place that ignores food allergies and does not respect when you customize your burgers or food items. Never coming back. You lost a customer. read more

Every time i've went to this location they've gotten my order wrong or i've had to sit there much longer than it would take to prepare my food/drink. went today and waited 30 minutes to get my food and when they brought it out it was wrong. brought me the wrong order. and when i got what i originally ordered i got home and it was still wrong. didn't have ice in my drinks and condiments i asked to be taken off were still in the sandwich. wanted a crispy chicken sandwich and got grilled. don't go to this location unless you want a surprise meal that isn't what you ordered read more

Just got a mini Sonic blast at 7:15 pm now throwing up. I forgot that I got sick here before. uggh I reported it to them. Said they would call if others are sick. Update: now diarreah headed to ER. I wont make this mistake again read more

The worst sonic I have ever been to. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Staff was incompetent, rude, and hostile. Will get your order wrong and still blame you. Don't try to argue because they won't care, listen, or help. Manager who is blond and missing a tooth on the left side and another manager who has blue hair are the worst. They give sonic a bad name. Wouldn't recommend. read more

We had to sit in the drive thru for 40 minutes and when we finally got out they got our order wrong. 4 different hot dogs that we didn't order.. Half of it was right but it was cold, i'm really disappointed 1/5 read more

The food preparers do not wear gloves or masks. They all crowd around the prep table (5 people) with their faces 18" from your food. I asked why they don't wear gloves or masks. Their answer: " We don't have to!" Eat here and risk COVID19? No thank you! read more

In all my life I have never had someone put ketchup on my burger at a sonic and I have been eating at sonic for 35 years. When you ask for mayonnaise, it seems like ding ding ding your brain would go off and know not to put ketchup on there unless you ask for ketchup and mayonnaise. Is this new? When did ketchup become mandatory on my burger? I also asked for no cheese, but apparently that's mandatory as well. Did you refry the tots? There's enough grease dripping out of them to fry another batch. You can bet you will not be receiving a tip automatically anymore. We will check the food first and then decide whether you deserve one. We'll try again in another six months to see if your staff has had another turn around. Thanks. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Just stopped to get ice cream and a drink and the girl was super rude. She asked "you want a small?" Husband responded "yes" then she proceeds to YELL "HELLOOO" into the mic. We left and will not be back to this Sonic. read more

Went there tonight on half price burger night at least once a month.Well l didn't ordering they were overpricing there medium combo, saying it was $8.27 minus the $2.15 off the burger. Since when is a $6.99 food order's taxes $1.28. The rude manager even came out with a receipt that never had $6.99 on it, lol.It just had 8.27 minus the 2.15. Taxes are roughly 8 cents to the dollar. I wonder if the Barnett ownership is aware of this. If so, I'll avoid there establishments. read more

Wow! Staff is full of good, hardworking individuals. I was very pleased with the freshness and overall quality of the food here. Be sure to use the sonic app to stay up to date with the latest deals. Right now a quarter pound cheeseburger plus a medium tot is just 2.99. That's a steal! read more

It's a fast food place but customer service should still be a goal. I pulled up to the drive through and sat at the microphone for about 7 minutes with no one taking my order. After the last car in front of me left, I decided to pull up, get out of the car and ask someone if I could place an order because no one ever took my order in the drive through. I got no apology only that it happens sometimes that the vehicle doesn't register. They directed me to the patio to order. So I placed my order in the patio kiosk and went back to my car. A girl brought out an order but it was for the car behind me. Again she said that it happens sometime. When my order finally came out the lady seemed perturbed that I wasn't sitting in the patio even after I explained what had happened. The two blasts that I ordered were ok. The ice cream was mixed mostly on the top half of the cup with the bottom half being mostly plain. read more

First bad review. Ordered a shake and cheese sticks. Waited 15 mins. After several cars came an went around us. We started to get impatient. Then the order went from saying in kitchen. To new menu screen. Went in to see what was the problem. Manager. Who obviously from voice. Took my order. Acted like they had know idea what was going on. When I cussed. That seemed to be the only problem. It's clear way y'all have terrible reviews. read more

I would give this place -5 if i could! Waited thirty minutes for a $15 order and tried giving us a melted shake. Asked for a refund, waited 10 minutes and then the manager or whomever the caucasion girl is with red hair, laughed and smiled telling me the refund would be 3 to 5 business days and never once apologized. Very bad customer service. Either the car hopes are not trained or Managment is just incompetent. I have gotten home with totally wrong food and have gotten home with cold food. There ice-cream is great, but they put almost no toppings on there Sundays and charge extra for a sprinkle of nuts. Your better off going to any other sonic than this one. read more
