@ Tahlequah sonic. When tap screen repeatedly to see speacials it wouldnt work. There was no $1.99 menu on memu board. Spent $5.25 on tots and jr burger. Ad soon as i got order the screen started to show specials .it wouldnt work earlier. Also thats how i learned anout $1.99 menu that is mot on this menu. Had i lnown i would rather fone that. I dont appreciate that. That was so obvious .i feel almost as if i were cheated to spend more money. ordering ahead is useless, trying the stalls is useless, you can and will wait 30 minutes to an hour or more. doesn't matter what you order. just a drink? an hour, a full meal for 4? an hour. i cant recommended this location, i cant say anything good about it. just dont. they need to just shut down and call it a day. 0/10. read more

I NEVER Write Bad Reviews, Ever. I try to give every place the Benefit of the Doubt.. However this is the WORST Sonic I've ever Experienced! The Remodel was pointless if they can't get their Sh** together Inside. Everytime I come here there is a problem and they never allow mobile orders which for a busy mom is sometimes a must, especially when it takes 20 min to get your food at this sonic. Will no longer be going to here which is sad because it's 5 min from my house and convenient, but actually it's not. Today I tried ordering in a bay, took 3-5 minutes for someone to even get with me (mind you it's not busy) just for the woman to tell me they are only doing drive through orders. used the mobile app to order food at 2:31pm, didn't receive food until 3:28pm. waited almost a full hour just for 1 meal. pushed the button to ask for a refund, they denied the refund. Once I got my order and left, the order was wrong! none of is was what I ordered. I have tried calling the phone number for this location the whole time I have been sitting there, and still currently trying to call and nobody is answering the phone. This is the worst Sonic EVER. So sad that a new location with a new branding was such a horrible experience. 45 min in line for 4 ice creams, and were informed we'd have to eat them with forks because they ran out of spoons. They forgot one of our blasts and the girl actually had the nerve to say TWICE "so you want me to add it to your order"? No. One of our kids will go without ice cream because it's too much of an inconvenience for you to get it right, ummm of course we do. That's why we ordered it in the first place. Then she charges us double. THEN they hand us a slushee without the cream we ordered so she has the nerve to ask for a dollar more. What?! Not only did they take the slushee back to get cream but then took it out of sight to fix it. Nope. It's trashed. I just paid for trash while my children eat ice cream on the drive home with forks. I hope the manager of this newer Tahlequah Sonic reads these reviews and does something about its bad service. I have been there about 8 times and every time it's something. When they first opened, drive thru speaker didn't work correctly so the person taking the order had you almost yelling loudly to get your order. This went on for weeks. Yesterday, parked in a stall to order. The first one had an Out of Order sign, one you didn't see until you pulled in as it was hand written. From the time I placed my order and got out with it was a bit over 20 minutes. Waited fifteen for my food and when they brought it out, forgot a chicken sandwich which I did have to wait for that. It wasn't even busy there, about 5 other cars in stalls.. read more

I've come here for years now and it's been a slow decline. The last three times I went, the stupid button intercom wasn't working so I had to sit there for 5 mins waiting to for a response since there was no sign. After realizing that no one is going to answer I backup and pull into another one and have to wait another 5 minutes but at least it works this time. But I order something from the digital display and of course they aren't serving it anymore. So why are they still running the ad? There are nice people who work there but the lot is tiny and it's too congested with fumes. As far as the food, the fries and tots are ALWAYS luke warm and floppy, over greased, never crisp. Went again, and ordered food but the food was already cold and everything in the meal was soggy. I decided to just let it go. This used to be the best sonic anywhere when the Vanlandinghams owned and ran it up into the 90s. They purchased their food (from Sysco) better quality, outside the normal sonic food supplier and had their own way doing some things. Since it sold it's just like any other sonic, mediocre at best! Sonic thinks they know best. Sonic really has no idea what is best. They don't listen to their owners at all. Too bad they think they have it all right. read more

While waiting for my food I could see clearly into the store and observed a worker (older lady in her 50's) wipe her nose with her bare hands, rub her eyes, and then reach into the ice machine and begin eating ice. She would then make drinks without ever washing her hands. This is nasty and unhygienic. read more
