First, I got a waiter who actually listened to my order. I SLWAYS ask for my potatoes to be well browned and crispy. Apparently, the cook didn't fully read instructions and my hash browns weren't fully cooked, and the waiter refused to serve them to me like that. This impressed me. My eggs were poached perfectly. They use good ham, and fresh scallions. Though, I do wish they had a better pre-packaged hollandaise sauce. All in all though, a good breakfast, served by a server who knew his job. read more

This was the Jimmy's Egg before they all rebranded. This is a great place for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The breakfast burrito smothered in queso is so good. Our server was excellent. It's quick! And you can see into the kitchen, so you know your food is hot and fresh. It's pretty big inside with lots of seating. I always forget to eat here, but it's the perfect breakfast spot. The service was good, the food was lacking flavor. I don't know why the cooks are not trained the proper way to cook eggs. The bacon was good and the be bread was toasted, but damn, someone needs to show your cooks the proper way to cook an over medium egg. I'm sure you all can do better. read more
