We stopped in here eagerly anticipating an excellent breakfast. We chose this spot based on…read morereviews. We placed our order and our drinks were promptly delivered. 35 minutes later our server tells us that our order was never submitted to the kitchen, she blamed it on a printer error. She was mildly apologetic and offered to comp our drinks (coffee and a boba) if we wanted to leave, or to put our order in. Mistakes happen, sure. However there's zero excuse for it taking 35 minutes for her to realize this. It's not like they were slammed and short-staffed with a wait out the door - it was a rainy Sunday at 10:45am, and the restaurant was roughly half-full. Further, had the waitress actually checked on us during our 35 minute wait, perhaps she may have noticed earlier. However she only came upstairs once, when I waved my empty coffee cup in the air. This is simply inexcusable and a complete failure of management and staff for not noticing us looking around wondering when we could eat. We decided to leave as we had an event to get to, so we had to do that without food. Needless to say this terrible experience ruined our trip to Siloam.

This will definitely go into my munchies list as a keeper.

The only reasons I didn't give five stars is because the girl behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in and it seemed like she was the manager or something. No 'welcome in' and she didn't smile or anything when we were ordering. I've worked in customer service all my life and it just seemed odd. Also there is no pricing on the board, some pieces of printed paper have pricing but they were not accurate because we were charged more than what those stated In regards to the food though- great.
