Never tried Sonic, so we gave it a shot. I thought it was pretty cool. Each parking spot has an electronic menu board. Verbally place your order and someone brings it out to your car. (I realize I'm stating the obvious to many people, but I'm from New York and again, I had never been to a Sonic.) The area was very clean. Food was fine, as were their slushies. First they gave me stale fries that tasted like it was sitting out all day then gave me the wrong order and when i notified them that i received the wrong order they preceded to tell me that i will have to pay for a whole new meal. I have no words. If I could get by with giving no stars, I would. But unfortunately they make you enter at least one. I'm going home from PT at ortho ok and I'm hungry so I stop for a quick lunch for me and the family. I should have known better because I can count on one hand the amount of times in the last 3 years they have gotten my order correct. And even fewer times than that when they have even acted like they cared about the order not being correct. Guess what? It most definitely was not correct again today. I called the manager and she basically told me "what do you want me to do about it?". For starters, how about you fix the freaking problem! If I wanted 2 chicken sandwiches and a terrible whatever this other thing was that I got, I could have gone to a daycare and had them made it for me out of play doh. Why don't you all do yourselves a favor and go to a different sonic or a different fast food joint altogether until this one pulls their head out and learns how to run their business. read more

The corn dogs were cold, one of our mozzarella sticks had no cheese in it and was rock hard. The boy looking carhop was rude as well. On top of all of this when you order those mozzarella sticks on the app it says it comes with marinara and doesn't let you add that onto the order but they never give you marinara in the bag. And seriously when did sonic stop giving mints? because i've gone the past few times and they've never given me a bag with mints which i know the sonic saying is "every customer is worth a mint". I hope to never come back to this sonic. I wish i could give 0 stars but that isn't an option so 1 star it is. I hope they get their issues fixed read more

I've given this place way more changes than I should have. We have 2 Sonic's in thus town. This one is not the good Sonic Location is decent, near Super Walmart and right off the highway. Servers are usually friendly and get the order right. Many stalls in which to park. Free of pot holes. But I came here for some quick cheesy tots or a soda. Always something amiss. Taste is just wrong, like the soda machine isn't clean. Cheese is cold, lettuce is wilty. Always something. read more

When we got there and placed the order, it took the workers a while to bring us our drinks and food. We waited about 20 minutes for our food to be delivered. The screen went clear saying the name of the person being us our food and it took them 5 minutes to bring us our items, the items ended up being wrong. The sodas we ordered tasted watered down and did not have vanilla or sprite. Do not come to this location 3 of the 5 items were incorrect. Not worth the time or money. read more

I like sonic but this location has messed up orders too many times. Most of the time it's no big deal but I am type 1 diabetic and they have given me regular soda instead of diet numerous times. I have even verified that it is diet...they always say yes...flash forward a bit of time and my bloodsugar is soon in the 300s. Would give rating of ZERO if it was possible. RUDEST female employee taking orders I've ever encountered; EVER; from the very first words she uttered...to the last! But, even worse than her chosen words was her condescending tone! I immediately took my business elsewhere after the humiliation and will continue to do so. Forever.
