So frustrating. Came to get some drinks and such after spending the morning at Traders Village. You'd think this would be a prime location with good customer service but that isn't the case. As you see we ordered a Dr Pepper with NO ICE and cheddar peppers with ranch. My husband's drink was full of ice. I called back to ask them to bring the ranch that they forgot out. It's been 15 mins since then. It took around 10 mins for them to answer the call button and around 20-25 to get my food. The frustrating part was getting the order wrong though. I'm a truck driver, I drive up to 8hours a day. So I came to this Sonic and I have had never had this happen to me before. I park my truck in the back in another parking lot, walk up to the tables with my daughter and wife who usually goes with me on trips in San Antonio. Well I order and a manager tells me over the over com that they serve people at the tables and I tired to explain, but was cut off. So I went to a regular "drive station" and ordered, payed and we went to go seat down on the tables and were told to leave or she's going to call the cops. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS SONIC. I don't know if they got a different manager or if the owner is telling the workers to put less toppings in the fruit slushies and blasts. I live nearby this Sonic and service and quality have gone downhill. The boneless wings are overcooked and dried out. The fruit slushes have very little fruit in them. The last strawberry slush I got tasted like sugar water. I dumped it down the kitchen sink. The last three blasts I received have the toppings sprinkled on the top without anything mixed in. They are such scammers here! The girl in the drive thru charged my husbands card twice. The first time for our order and the second time was for more. We didn't realize it until we got home, called for 30 minutes and they wouldn't answer. We had to drive back and ask for a manager and the manager refused to come to the window. The cashier said oh I'll refund it you'll see it in a couple days. Never apologized and refused to give me a receipt showing a refund. We always try this location because it's closest. Ever since COVID-19 began we can never get what we wanted because they always claim to be "out" of nearly everything we ask for. It got to the point where I figured they were just being too lazy to cook or go to the freezer. Well, today they had what we wanted except our fries were COLD. So, we asked for fresh fries and their response was that they had given us the only fries they had....at 1:00pm. So we opted to take tots instead until we heard someone say "Just give them the tots from the last car". At that moment I just told them I'd take the fries.
