Spent over $50 at this location and they messed up my order. I ordered a double and got a single. The person delivering my order was one of those with weird dyed hair- no reason to tell them what they did wrong and get your food spit in.. Wont be going back to the location. read more

The service here is horrible & on top of waiting 45 minutes to even be talked to, then wait another 45 mins for food. Then for it to be WRONG. Absolutely not. & I gave multiple chances read more

So frustrating. Came to get some drinks and such after spending the morning at Traders Village. You'd think this would be a prime location with good customer service but that isn't the case. As you see we ordered a Dr Pepper with NO ICE and cheddar peppers with ranch. My husband's drink was full of ice. I called back to ask them to bring the ranch that they forgot out. It's been 15 mins since then. It took around 10 mins for them to answer the call button and around 20-25 to get my food. The frustrating part was getting the order wrong though. You took 30+ minutes of my time and my food wasn't even right? No thanks. I'll heed prior advice and go to the valley hi location next time for sure. read more

Worst Sonic ever! Never have drive up spots open, only Drive thru. Mobile orders have to wait in line with everyone else, what's the point? Unfriendly service and the feeling of "ugh!" When you ask for something extra. read more

Not sure if these people know how to make a slushy or know what it is but my brother-in-law bought me a slushy and Im very disappointed in it! It was just a flavored water with nerds in it, it was a very sorry excuse for a slushy. My fiance even tried it same with my brother-in-law and they looked at it and coughed after drinking it. Very disappointed and Do Not Recommend to anyone, surprised that this location isn't shut down yet! They're food isn't even edible! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!! read more

I'm a truck driver, I drive up to 8hours a day. So I came to this Sonic and I have had never had this happen to me before. I park my truck in the back in another parking lot, walk up to the tables with my daughter and wife who usually goes with me on trips in San Antonio. Well I order and a manager tells me over the over com that they serve people at the tables and I tired to explain, but was cut off. So I went to a regular "drive station" and ordered, payed and we went to go seat down on the tables and were told to leave or she's going to call the cops. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS SONIC. I'm letting all my fellow drivers to stay away form this place. read more

If I could keep the stars at ZERO, I would. The service was horrible the first time I went, I waited almost an entire year (exaggerated) just to even ORDER, then I waited another light year just to receive my food. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of going for a second time, in hopes this time would be better because I love giving places more than once chance, but never again. I waited in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes, then it was my turn and proceeded to wait to even hear from anyone for another 10-15 minutes (side note someone who showed up after me and parked and order was in and out...) when I finally ordered, I pulled up and continued to wait another 10-15 minutes. The entire ambiance was just unprofessional and slow. The food was okay, can't complain, just felt like it sat there for a minute before it was given to me...if you want FAST FOOD SERVICE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. read more

Waited 30 minutes. 15 of those minutes were right at the window. Gave me the wrong flavor (M&M) blasts when I said Oreo clearly. Also the ice cream was like water and they didn't bother telling us that their ice cream was like that until they handed the blasts to us. Also they didn't give a receipt. I'm never coming here again. read more

Wait time was absolutely awful and for fast food at that. Would not recommend, if zero stars was an option I would choose that.

If I could put zero stars I would. Waited 40 minutes for someone to answer just to pick up a Uber eats order. Terrible service and management. read more

So I am handicapped and in the handicapped stall using the sonic app trying to order for my daughter and I. Everything is fine till I want to pay and the app takes my money but the order fails. So I push the red button. After 10 mins some girl comes on and in no way did she help me. 'You need to call corporate " Really I have an order I would like to get except no one there offered to take the order. No one offered to help me anything. Most important is no one came out to try to help. It seems odd that they don't want me to buy anything. I am ok with that attitude I can go any place but sonic read more

Their service is horrible. I waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the intercom and still no answer. The only time I've gotten food from there it took them 10 minutes to answer the intercom then almost 45 minutes to get my food out. This place sucks. Get better employees and not these lazy teenagers who don't do anything. read more

Ordered online. Checked in and saw the stall updated. It then said our order was on its way. Never got it. 25 minutes pass and the lights turn off. I pushed the red button to head "we're closed" at 9:36 when it shows they're open till midnight. I mentioned we ordered online and got nothing. Was told "we don't have anything you ordered but can give you a slushie". I ordered a Dr Pepper, sweet tea, and ice cream. Was given no information on how to get a refund and the person I spoke with was rude. This is the worst customer service I've ever had at a Sonic. They sure were "closed" but we're taking orders in the drive thru just fine. Dont come here. -10000 stars. read more

waited in line for 20 mins just tell us that their system went down and just said have a good day, needs to close down

Waited in the drive thru line for over an hour for 2 pretzels and 2 drinks. The manager xavier was no help, unbelievably rude and refused to give me a straw for my drink i waited forever on. Not to mention a worker named Fernando was vaping. WORST sonic ever very immature workers very disappointing. read more

Employees don't care. You order and have to wait for over 20 min for them to give you an order. They stand around the machines, talking the whole time, when they finally decide to acknowledge you, the ice cream is practically melted and they just say "sorry it's hot out today that's why it's so watery" uh no it's cause yall don't care and obviously sonic doesn't care since this is now a norm for this location. Food is usually wrong or something always missing. They don't give you a receipt either, and if you ask for it, they say the printer is broken. read more

Worst sonic I have ever been to hands down! Just shut this location down! 1st incident I placed an order on the app and sat in the stall for about 25 mins before I got a knock on my window from a gentleman that tan from his car. He told me that they weren't open because the manager had not shown up for work so the door was locked. This was at 11am 2nd incident I waited in the drive-thru at the mic for 20 mins so I made an order on the Sonic app and went to the stall number I indicated. I sat in the stall for 10 mins before hitting the button for them to tell me to go to the drive-thru. I told them I had already sat in the drive-thru for over 20 mins already and I went ahead and placed an order on the app. I was told they were working on the order. 30 mins later NO FOOD. I pushed the button again and same cycle repeated so I left. No food and money spent. read more

if I could give this place zero stars I would! I waited almost hour for my food. They got one of my drinks wrong, gave me the wrong lid for all the drinks in total, they only gave me 1 straw. I had ordered 2 chili cheese fries and usally they fully the whole thing up, they filled less then half of the bowl thing up, there was barely any chili, and no cheese whatsoever. and what's even worse is that my food was cold and my slush was fully melted. I understand it's hotter then a burnt coochie outside but my drink was like it's been sitting outside for hours. The drive through does not work, most of the slots don't work either! They take forever to make to food and forever to bring it out. This place is horrible!!!!! read more

What was good? The patty was warm and the pickles were great and the tots good What was bad? Everything else. 1. No parking/carry out. 2. I swear she said all they had was shakes and drinks. 3. They won't have shakes and ice cream until Monday. 4. The tomatoes, bad quality. The lettuce, barely present. The mayo centered, not spread. 5. The drink. I asked for a blue coconut. I got blue dye in watered-down sprite. read more

Ordered two drinks and a water and drank half of my water when I took the top off to eat the ice and saw pieces of brown stuff at the bottom??? Absolutely disgusting. Do not eat here so gross. I don't know if they got a different manager or if the owner is telling the workers to put less toppings in the fruit slushies and blasts. I live nearby this Sonic and service and quality have gone downhill. The boneless wings are overcooked and dried out. The fruit slushes have very little fruit in them. The last strawberry slush I got tasted like sugar water. I dumped it down the kitchen sink. The last three blasts I received have the toppings sprinkled on the top without anything mixed in. It might as well be a Sundae. I am attaching a picture. As you can see, it is mainly ice cream. Where are my peanut butter cups? I am crossing this Sonic off of my list. read more

I've never written a review on here but please don't go to this location and take the little extra 5 minute drive to the location on Valley Hi. As you can see, they don't care much for proper cleaning. This is what I found after I finished my sweet tea. Beware if you do go there. read more

They are such scammers here! The girl in the drive thru charged my husbands card twice. The first time for our order and the second time was for more. We didn't realize it until we got home, called for 30 minutes and they wouldn't answer. We had to drive back and ask for a manager and the manager refused to come to the window. The cashier said oh I'll refund it you'll see it in a couple days. Never apologized and refused to give me a receipt showing a refund. If I could leave no star I would. However that's not an option. The service here is HORRIBLE. Whether you park or do the drive through they take over 20 minutes to ask for your order. Worst sonic in the history of fast food!! It takes a minimum of 30 mins to order anything from this location even if it's something as simple as a drink. 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong, the food is cold, or they forgot something. We always try this location because it's closest. Ever since COVID-19 began we can never get what we wanted because they always claim to be "out" of nearly everything we ask for. It got to the point where I figured they were just being too lazy to cook or go to the freezer. Well, today they had what we wanted except our fries were COLD. So, we asked for fresh fries and their response was that they had given us the only fries they had....at 1:00pm. So we opted to take tots instead until we heard someone say "Just give them the tots from the last car". At that moment I just told them I'd take the fries. Low and behold the new fries were fresh and delicious. Smh. They can never give use grape jelly with our breakfast due to COVID-19 but always seem to put ketchup in the bag. I'm so annoyed with this place. No stars! Managed by the WRONG person read more

I've given this Sonic several chances, as I'm in the area for work several times a week. It's very hit or miss. I usually get a burger that is so cold, the cheese can't even melt. Also, the sodas taste really weird, which is odd because that's usually my favorite part of Sonic. I'm giving up on this one. read more
