The biggest let down ever! First they didn't even give me the right burger. It was supposed to be the double peanut butter bacon and it was the single. No bacon and it was the driest thing I have ever eaten. It looked like it was 5 days old. I took one bite and gave it to my dog, who's like Mikey for those who know and he didn't even eat it. Then proceeded to wait another 10-15 minutes before pressing the button again after ordering and telling them we have been waiting for 30+ min now they stopped responding after the card had already been charged. Of all the restaurants in Salisbury , this restaurant has no service 95% of the time that I had to pick up orders and deliver . When the food is prepared , it appears to be very tasty and well done no pun intended . But to show up to pick up an order , and be told at 10:00 at night we can't do this and we can't do that go tell the customer to cancel their order . That's just stupid and crappy customer service. Instead, offer something in return or in place of . It takes more effort to say " I can't , then going the extra mile and doing something positive . Absolutely will not go back! One employee sitting on the patio smoking. Waited 10 minutes for our mobile order and nothing. Waited a bit longer and nothing. Pushed the button and waited a few minutes. Finally come out to see what we wanted. Showed them mobile order and they left. Waited a bit and bright the order out, no sweetener. Brings it back out and we leave. Get down the street and the tea is sour. Total mess. Employee that was coming on duty literally was standing in one of the stations with no shirt and putting on a Sonic shirt. Seriously doubt the sanitation for this location. read more

I recently brought a group of 17 kids to Sonic during a day camp. We were immediately taken care of by the manager and carhop - both were incredibly attentive and friendly. Don't know what this places problem is or whatever issues they got going on, but I go to order my food and no one responds on the intercom, then when I do order my food for some reason they all laughing when I get to the window. Don't know what the hell was so funny, but they need to show some more professionalism when they have paying customers. I've been working since 6 this morning. You don't need to hear any cackling hyenas laughing at customers when they choose your restaurant to purchase food from. read more

So this place is just horrible. I worked here for a complete month and wasn't even trained. I managed because I knew how to run a register, but that was about it.. got fired and no one even was going to tell me. From the management to the service itself.. it is all just horrible. I don't recommend anyone to go there and quite frankly it's just not a good environment to be in. read more

Actually happy hour is 2-5pm everyday drinks and slush. And large drinks are 99¢ without tax before 10am Specialty drinks cost a few cents extra. Everything is made to order so expect a wait just like everywhere else. read more

I would give this place a no star review if I could. I know you shouldn't expect world class service from a fast food restaurant. You should however expect timely delivery of your food, not 20 minutes for a single shake in non-rush hour. Heaven forbid you need a spoon, you will be waiting until your shake melts and you no longer need a spoon. Forget being treated with respect, especially by the car hop named Josh, if it was my kid I would smack him around, my employee I would fire him. I know it is hard to believe but you would get better service from a MacDonald's in the middle of Times Square. I warn you avoid this place like the plague. read more
