I used to get a sonic slush everyday, sometimes twice a day. I loved the regular limeade slush, easy lime(because regular gave me heartburn sometimes, hence the fresh "real" lime they would make it with, or at least add into the slush. But about a month or so ago they've changed their flavorings to the only thing I can taste = CHEAP & LOW QUALITY. It was hard for me to believe at first...I kept thinking maybe they're putting the wrong thing in it, so I order it a couple more times, nope, it's crap. So I've tried getting new flavors a flavor combos.... I can taste the cheaper generic, low flavor, in them all. I finally had to accept it, and stop wasting my time & money. It's pretty sad that I have to go to Kwik shop now to get a slush. read more

We rarely stop at fast food restaurants but when in downtown Salina on a holiday night not much else was open and this was across the street from our hotel. We walked over and ordered from one of their walk-up kiosks. It is actually a pretty good set-up including the ability to pay there. We then grabbed a seat at one of the picnic tables and our food was out quickly. The corn dog was good as were the tots and cheeseburger. Nothing spectacular but solid. Their version of a Blizzard (I don't recall their name) was very good. Not bad for fast food. read more

We found this place while driving through town. Pulled in and had to go to use ordering screen in patio area. I signaled to the employee caleb or kaleb that i could not hear the speaker phone. He was near the door 20 feet away and looked at me like i was crazy. He kept looking at me and i could read his lips partly and he kept saying "can you hear me". He did not want to help or come over to the menu board so i could point out what i wanted. He stayed near door. Finally, Nancy came out to help and took my order. I hold management responsible for the poor service and behavior. Employees identified caleb or kaleb as the person who refused to serve me. Caleb was wearing a light blue shirt this night. Ive been to many Sonics around the USA and this is the first time i experienced someone who refused to help me or accommodate me. I can hear Okay but speakers at drive thurs are difficult for me. Please don't treat me that way. Btw. All i was trying to do was order a chocolate shake. And it was a great shake once i finally recieved. Just to be clear i didnt want to draw attention to myself and hit my horn or lights as directed on the bottom right of ordering screen. Thank you for looking. read more

BUYERS BEWARE!!!... Look before you eat or drink! I got two "Shark Attack" slushees. One had a leaf in it. The other had a piece of plastic from a spoon wrapper (or something of the like) in it. Most concerning is someone could have choked!!! read more
