Second time I waited 45 minutes after my p/u time. Both times I give up and go to window. Short staffed and will work on my order now. 15 minutes later still no order. Watch 2 young employees trying to decipher an order. I finally drove off w/o order. What manager/owner would leave 2 young ones to work alone on a busy Saturday. Unfortunately they got my order wrong several times. The first time they gave me mozzarella sticks in place of cheddar peppers and then when they tried to correct it they gave me five cheddar peppers instead of 6 which is what a medium order is supposed to come with. I stop at a sonic a few to several times a week for an iced tea, and often snacks or kids' food after school. The tea is always good, food usually pretty good. What's been annoying lately, they released these "BBQ tots" that everyone went crazy for. I consistently use the app to order for half price all day drinks. The location and app evidently do not communicate, which I picture being frustrating for employees, but anyways. After I ordered and paid for those 4 different times, they came out to my car to tell me they're not available. They cost more than regular tots (and to be honest I wouldn't order a plain order of tots anyways). But they tell me I can't be refunded because I paid on the app (which is crap, I found out the fourth time they can give me back cash). Anyways, happy to charge me the extra 50 cents or whatever, and give me something I didn't want. But they came out and asked what I'd like instead, still maintaining I can't be refunded, and agreed to give me something worth less value than I spent but wouldn't compensate with like two corn dogs, that being a 30 cent difference. Happy to take my money and overcharge, but sticklers about "taking care of a customer". Also, if your order from the app they won't include your sauces, you have to call them from the stall to ask. Cherries and lemons cost extra nowadays, but they're always missing from our drinks too. Seems awful petty for a fast food joint; maybe it's just me. This is the Second location I've been to the first one was fate tx. and I ordered popcorn chicken both times. Both times it came burnt and there wasn't any chicken just the burnt crust.. I am hungry! I do not want to eat burnt scraps and waste my money. I do not recommend these locations or there popcorn chicken. read more

We really love the employees and service at this Sonic, but have one complaint. I would say at least half the time when I order a drink here, it smells VERY strongly of women's perfume. I think whoever is handling the food and drinks must really lay it on thick ... and unfortunately it lingers on the cup/lid of the drink so every time I take a sip, it's all I smell. read more

My corvette broke down on Saturday 8/28/21 in the Sonic drive thru. I had to leave my car there for 4 days trying to get a tow truck & rental car & because of Covid the process was a doozie. Angel & Eric and all if the employees at this location were so nice & accommodating. I contacted them daily to let them know I was working on getting my car moved as quickly as possible & they assured me it was not a problem & were all so so nice. 2016 Yelp 100 Challenge Review #65 Sonic is sonic. This place is a pretty good location. I don't have problems when it comes to accuracy of my order though ironically I believe they forgot to add the extra Oreos I paid for on my last visit. Nobody's perfect, lol. I must admit that I come here solely for the dessert. I don't drink soda and other caloric beverages because I prefer to chew my calories. I used to eat their grilled cheeses and Toaster burgers and chicken snap wraps but I kinda for some unknown reason don't anymore. My faves are the classic Oreo blast, the defunct Chocolate Creme pie shake and the Molten sundae, turtle style with added Oreos. read more

TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I have left a review before. LUSETTA is the rudest employee ! She yells, talks way too fast and gets rude over the speaker. Every time I have gone up there, she is the one on the speaker taking orders. The owner needs to know what's going on up there. More training is needed!! She really is a straight up B. For fast food, I just love Sonic. I realize it's not good for me on any level. There's just something about those tots. "Uh, are you gonna eat those tots?" It's a crispy hot goodness which I just crave. This particular location has been consistently good with food and service. It does help that I don't order anything complicated.
