This Sonic is located on Dickerson Pike just north of the Trinity Lane intersection and is a fairly standard location in Nashville area Sonic terms...meaning, they rarely got it together and your experience here differs from day to day. Other area Sonic's have almost ruined the brand for me, but this location is convenient when I am scooting up and down Dickerson. While I am not a big lunch/dinner fan, I do enjoy their breakfast menu, especially the Toaster Sandwiches and tots. Outside of breakfast, I do enjoy a good Oreo Sonic Blast and Cherry Limeade when I need a little treaty-treat. This location, like many others, is very inconsistent on the availability of their ice cream and subsequently the Sonic Blasts. The building, tables, stalls and lot are all in pretty rough shape and need some TLC. Cleanliness of the parking lot can get pretty rough too. As many noted, service at this location is subpar. I have experienced decent service and awful service, never great here. Overall, my visits are few and far between at this location for a variety of reasons. I like the convenience when on Dickerson, but would not go out of my way to swing by. read more

This location has absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Employees constantly smoking cigarettes, they take forever to take your order, and more times than not they "are closed" an hour early. Wish 0 stars was an option. read more

The sandwiches are always messy but I ordered a BLT toaster and a cheeseburger meal with a shake, the ice cream machine is down which is understandable but for them to serve me this sandwich like this is just ridiculous! I will not come back here because I didn't feel like they were even being respectful when taking the order. Yes we're all busy and yes it's a start to a new year, but y'all need to chill. Went out to grab a bite to eat so I hit up my local Sonic However there was one thing I noticed 1. Lack of waiting time - It took them about 5mins or above just to take my order After order was done, payed came back home to see that they had my order right but the drink was not the one I recommend instead they gave me this red drink kinda like a slushie way and the sonic blast chocolate chip cookie dough barely had any cookies in it. It kind of had that weird milkshake vibe to it. If anyone is going to order at this place just remember to skip this place once a night or few because this place needs to step up their game and learn how to take customer order right away and double checked the order to make sure they give it out to the right customer. read more

Hidden just off I-65, this Sonic seems to come out of nowhere. The food is standard to what you would find at any Sonic Drive-In across America. I do like the fact that they have a true drive-thru window at this location. The food is always fresh. The staff is always nice. They wear roller skates, too! read more

This is the worst sonic I ever been to. They seem to be frequently out of items, it's a 50/50 chance the food will cold by the time you get it and forget trying talk directly to them, they will more than likely not be so friendly. Despite this, its convenient so I keep going back. Today topped the cake. I sat there for 15 mins... Only for them to turn it off my little red button off in stall number 10 without ever taking my order. I am now at Krystals up the street trying to salvage what's left of my lunch break. Would give a zero if possible! Stopped to grab a couple of burgers. One employee was talking to her boyfriend blocking the drivethru! He finally moved. Ordered burgers and they got them wrong at the drivethru. Ok I went with these burgers. Got to the window and asked again that my burgers have only mustard on them. They said ok and charged me more that my normal sonic location. We had to wait 10minutes for them to make the burgers with mustard, they where hanging out and talking instead of doing my order. Ordered a Footlong Chili Cheese Dog. Waited a good 5 minutes in the drive through specifically for this item. When it was given to me they advised me they gave me a second one for free since it had taken so long. NEITHER of these hot dogs were cooked through. Man posing as manager is horrible. I came and waited almost an hour after ordering a single meal on a Saturday morning. I was aggravated but chose not to be rude. The server was super friendly. She explained that she was alone. She thanked me for my patience. She gave a coupon for free meal on next time without any complaint or comment from me. I thanked her and left. I returned to receive meal. The lady over intercom stopped my order to come out and see coupon. She placed my order but said she'd have to ask the manager. He came out to inform me he didn't have the coupon in his store and wanted me to know he was on the look out for people with stacks of them to get free meals. Terrible experience. Like I'm out to steal a $6 meal. Horrible service. Don't bother. If you love sonic, go elsewhere. read more

This place is absolutely the worst Sonic drive-in of all time. I went to this location after work to grab something to eat and when I tried to place my order, a lady says that they can only serve slushes and ice. Out of all items; they can only serve those two because their machines are "down". It was around 9:00pm when this happened. I was upset that this has happened to me and I hope other people would stay away from this location forever. Last Tuesday 7/11/2017 order chicken strip dinner . I asked for tatter tots and got french fries instead, The Texas toast was not toasted except a little on the edges. there was suppose to be a onion ring and that was not included. I asked for ranch dipping sauce but do not know what the hell that stuff they gave me was. It came in a little cup, was hot as in heat, and had not flavor to it . The chicken was dry. I called and email Sonic. I wanted to give then a chance to respond. I have not hear anything back from them I could deal with may be one screw up but the whole meal was wrong beyond messed up/ I did not have tie to take it back. I threw away my money.
