I ordered Rt44 tea it was delivered with only a few pieces of ice in it. They refused to give me more ice, sell cup of ice or refund the drink. the manager Mariyah wouldn't even come out and speak to me when I requested to speak to a manager. read more

The staff are friendly, food was in great quality, things there go very smooth. But I tried getting a job there but they said they're not hiring anymore. This is very disappointing because I've been looking for a job for 3 months and it's been tough. read more

27 minutes to wait for a call ahead order. That is straight up ridiculous. My husband and I sat in slot 8 before driving around to the drive thru, after waiting almost 30 minutes for our order ahead. We had a breakfast burrito, a chili wrap and two drinks. Granted there was only one cook and newbie on duty, but come on.... that qualifies for nutsy. There should be at least 3 people to make sure things go smoothly. It was insane. But thankfully things were made right, and we able to leave with a complete order. So that is the silver lining to a long night. read more

I ordered a smash double cheese burger brought it home. It didn't have bacon, it didn't have fried onions it had raw diced onions. I went on and ate it. Now my stomach is rumbling. read more

I like the downtown Muskogee Sonic better than the York st location. It's usually faster, better service, and better food. I usually always make my order on the app and pick up at a stall, so I can leave a tip from my card. My order yesterday was quick and exactly as ordered. I like the new buffalo chicken bites, and the app had a bogo coupon! So I shared with my doggos. read more

Sonic at York and Chandler. To whom it may concern. And you should definitely be concerned. This has got to be the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I have refrained from goin here for a very long time due to the quality and service of your establishment. First off. The service here is by far, the poorest i have ever witnessed. No one seems to care about getting orders out in a decent amount of time at all. I came there to get a shake and a blast. I sat on the drive through line for 20 minutes before i even made it to place my order. Overall i was there for 32 minutes. Why? Why is this? Do the employees just not care? Does the owner not care? This is awful. And it has gone on for years. Your customers spend their hard earned money here. I for one will not return. From now on i will go elsewhere. I truly hope others do the same. I am only leaving one star because i could not post this with 0 stars. read more

consistently getting worse. almost 18$ for 2 CB's and 2 fries. Store, and it took 5 mins. with 1 ONE car in front of me!!! Sonic, to home and on table less than 5 mins. all wrapped in bag should be hot.... nope!!! By the time I put them on table COLD!!!!!! If you are not there when they are busy you get leftovers!!! and food sitting on grill warmer corner and fries that have been hanging for 10 - 15 mins. . Braums is faster and I have to go in. They are probably 1/2 mile further. I could understand if they were the only show in town and I guess they think no one else wants their business. I will no longer trade speed for quality. i GUESS sonic WON'T GO THE EXTRA 1/2 MILE NO LESS MILE! Sonic has lost my business and my refferral PERMANENTLY !!! i AM 74 YRS OLD AND i AM NOT HONORED TO HAVE YOU SERVE ME YOU SHOULD BE HONORED TO HAVE ME CHOOSE YOU. Been loyal for 3 THREE DECADES...... NO MORE!!!! read more

Average of less than 2 star review for this store. That is accurate. 15+ minutes for one combo? Drive thru had customers come after me and be served before me. I literally waited 20 minutes for my single order and drove off. There were multiple open stations. They weren't busy. Get your stuff together! read more

These guys went above and beyond to help us, despite their cook quitting mid shift. We were treated respectfully and didn't mind the extra wait. read more

Sat in booth for over 15 mins with red light flashing then called them rang until phone hang up know people inside cause they have started cleaning and dumping trash 9'30 pm got in drive thur waited in line again got never answered drive thur so pulled up to window and was told only serving drinks why not just get on speaker and say that 30 mins earlier and need to post that you close at 10 pm instead of 11 pm read more

I've been to this location probably more than 200 times over the years and it has consistently had the lowest-performing service of the three Sonics in Muskogee. I used to loooove going through here for a strawberry limeade (easy ice because Sonic will drown you in ice) and chicken strip sandwich. The challenge is that it will take you twice as long to get your order here, although it's often less crowded than the ones on York Street, and the order is reasonably likely to be wrong. I think it's worth driving another eight or so minutes to the one down by the intersection of York and Okmulgee. read more

Granted it's just a sonic... still, the service was so poor, it was worth a review or forewarning to potential customers. I think we waited 20 minutes in the drive through. Their machine declined both my debit & credit card. I had to ask them to punch it in manually & I don't even know if they ran it because they neglected to give me a receipt. I was given attitude & an inaccurate order, oh well. read more

I have been to this Sonic time and time again. I'm really a nice guy but I wonder why I continue to torture myself as I wait 10-15 for a drink. Granted these are drinks that you can only get from Sonic, but let's not forget that I can drive to the other side of town in 5 minutes and get the same drink in 1/2 the time. I have also been here on numerous occasions when I wanted to pay for this long awaited $ 1.79 drink with my debit card and was unable to do so because the credit card machines were not working. I am never above ordering and driving off and leaving my order behind if I have to wait for more than 10 minutes, and even that's too long! The quality of food seems to be typical for most Sonic's and this local is really no different. Probably my biggest concern is the appearance of thuggery hanging out at and working at this location. Come on man, take a little pride in yourself - you are working at Sonic. read more

My husband l o v e s this Sonic!! He orders a footlong but he isn't achili & cheese person, so they gladly, cheerfully accommodate him!! And charge most appropriately, which he truly appreciates!! I do too!! He & mom patronize this Sonic & love the excellent customer service! :-) :-) Thanks for being great to your customers!!! :-) :-) :-) :-) read more

Never again, 45 minutes for a med. watered down shake. I've given this store so many opportunities to get it together, yet they never cease to amaze me at what new way they cheat me out of time and money. As a whole, I'm not impressed with the sonic franchise, however, through my travels across the country I rarely find a good sonic and when I do, they usually screw it up in the second or third visit. This sonic eliminated any possibility that I might have caught them on a bad day. There was no option for zero stars, this was the only reason they got one. read more

This business was wrong on so many levels that I'm not sure where to start. First, I ordered a #1, which is a single patty cheeseburger, and ordered them to hold the lettuce, onion, and tomato, and added mustard. What I got was a #2,. which is a double patty cheeseburger, with only what I had not wanted. Customer service was non-existent, as well as the complaint resolution. I advise all who read this to avoid this place like it was diagnosed with the plague. read more

Only good sonic in town less then 15 min in drive thru, yet they tend to be deaf and can't take your order correctly 50% of the time.

I find it quite ironic that for a fast food restaurant, the wait time is anything but fast. I have found myself waiting up to 15 minutes for a simple drink. When I order shakes, they are often not well mixed. Most of the time when I place an order the person taking my order cannot understand what I am saying, so I have to constantly repeat myself. It seems like a bunch of teens work at this location, teens that do not value excellent customer service or communication skills. I keep coming here because I live about 2 minutes from the location, but I might start going somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and go to Braums. The food is of a better quality and the service is better. read more

I usually go to this Sonic because it is the one I've had the least amount of bad experiences at this location. Most of the time the service is extremely slow, even when there seem to be hardly any other people there. Half of the time it takes two to three attempts for them to repeat the order correctly and then it may still come out wrong. Sometimes it's good, but usually not. read more

I live semi near this sonic and regardless of what I order they get it wrong. Every. Single. Time.

I waited 45 minutes for a chicken strip dinner and a shake. To add insult to injury, the order was not correct and the food was cold. This visit was 7/24/14 10:00 p.m. read more
