I did love the bread. My aunt got the pastrami signature sandwich without the coleslaw. She said it was great (and she can be a bit picky sometimes). :) We went around 11:15 and we were the only ones there. By the time we left, it was filling up. Their gravy is very simple, but very good. It also came with garlic bread which was very good. The onion rings had my favorite batter and were tasty. The only disappointment was the coleslaw. It was indescribably atrocious. I've never had coleslaw that bad. It was literally a task to get that awful taste out of my mouth. I'm sure I have PTSD from that coleslaw. I went last week for lunch and got my usual, sliced brisket and pulled pork. Both were incredible, but the pork was AMAZING, something that usually doesn't impress me. I can get a butt nice and juicy, but NOTHING like Luke's!!! Not sure if they brine, inject, or what they do?? The meat is soaked with delicious juices and you can tell that it's inside, not just added if that makes sense.
