Maybe some English classes would help. I specifically asked for a chocolate shake made with vanilla ice cream. I very simply clarified this multiple times when ordering and they stated they understood and would make it how I asked. Sure enough it was made with just chocolate and way too strong. 5/31/24 Attempted to Order 2 large shakes at 1/2 price after 7PM. Failed 6x. YOUR store on Veterans BLVD (#4665) would not accommodate the problem causing me to order at FULL price for my grandson and I. This place and chain need to go out of busines. had 1st complain about a bacon burger with no bacon(no resolution). 2nd complaint was a blast that wasn't even cold (offered buy one get one free). 3rd another blast that wasn't cold (first offer offered $5 gift card, my blast cost more)(second offer was buy something and get a free blast). Both resolutions have me buying something to get what I deserve. This makes no sense, but seems like the way they treat customers. A company that acts like this should close. read more

Never had a problem with this location as i've always gotten my order right and fast. However, I do use the new Sonic App which helps speed up the process while I drive to restaurant to pick up my order. The app is fairly easy to use which you pull up to any open stall, find which # stall you're at and then enter it to let them know you're there. Currently, the app offers 1/2 priced slushies all day when ordering for a limited time. Definitely a great way to cool yourself down with the constant warm weather we've been having! This is a solid Sonic location across from the Saints training facility. It's never too crowded and the food comes out quickly and is hot. It's kind of hidden between buildings so you have to know where it is or you'll blow by it. If you need to get out of the lot and head back into town, then be prepared for folks on Airline trying to run you over. Plus it has some nice landscaping in the middle of the car spots. Check out my pic...that's a lot of palms. Sonic is my fave fast food; love a snack of tots and a strawberry limeade when I'm out and about in the 'burbs. read more

I come here once a year for my free birthday treat. This year I opted for a free creamslush. It was good (and free!). Be sure to sign up for their email thing to get a coupon on your birthday. Other than that, I really don't go to Sonic very often. I prefer Wendy's when fast food is necessary. However, on my last birthday visit, I discovered something wonderful... Sweet Potato Tots. These are amazing. I may make a return trip for lunch in the near future to enjoy more tots. Came here at 5pm on a Tuesday. Went through the drive thru. Had to wait over 3 minutes to order my limeade. I pulled up to the window after ordering and waited over 5 minutes, while watching as no less than 3 employees sat down and talked inside. They did apologize for the wait, but still charged me full price, with no upgrades. Pretty disappointed. Here again. Was charged 1.49 for my corn dog even though it's 50 cent corn dog day. The car hop offered me a second corn dog (should have been 2 more since I was charged triple). I agreed. As much as i try to cut fast food out of my diet I have a weakness: tater tots. Tots with cheese? Double weakness. It's not often I'm out in this area, but usually I'll stop at Sonic when I am. Tots aside, the menu is pretty tasty, especially for fast food. The toaster sandwiches used to be a staple of my diet during college. My only real complaint is the slow service. It may be car-side but it's still simple fast food, no more complicated than at McDonald's. That extra wait for my food? It's longer than the time it takes to walk it to me, so car-side service isn't a real excuse there. read more

i am a coney believer. I go here for the sole purpose of eating the long coney dogs and 11am happy hour deal drink. Ii really take pride in their dogs cause no one can do it better than Sonic , (so i believes cause I love their coney dogs foot long). I also enjoy their orea cookie blasts shakes.... Literally I love sonic. For one. But unfortunately, everytime I come to this location, they either forget something or get my order wrong. EVERY TIME. luckily, the sweet tea is always right. But they never give me ketchup after I ask everytime, multiple times. They actually just got my breakfast burrito comepletely wrong this morning and I almost puked because I can't eat jalapeños or sausage and that was the first thing I bit into. Your service is really lousy. I came to Sonic on airiine at 10:10 AM today ordered footlong. Waited for my order, and waited until 10:57. order never came. So I started my truck and went down street to Rallys and place order had my food in 5 minutes. Today's date- 3/6/16 Time review written- 10:26 pm central Time of arrival- 9:14pm central Time departed- 10:07pm central After watching the Walking Dead which ended at 9pm, I decided to go for some treats. I get there at about 9:10pm and placed order at 9:14pm. My order was 2 slushies, 2 lemonades and 2 sundaes. I pressed the call button in the car bay and waited for a responce. After 5 minutes I repressed the call button and the screen pops up a sign stating someone will be with me in seconds. After 10 minutes I figured the intercom was broken so I decided to go to the drive thru. I waited 10 minutes and no responce from the drive thru intercom so I drive up and there were 2 vehicles in front of me. After a good 15 minutes I drive up to the window. I give the cashier my order and after 5 minutes he tells he can not take my order because their credit card device is broken so they can only receive cash. I told the cashier to make my order and that I'll be back with cash. I go to Capitol One which is 4 blocks away and return to the drive-up window. The cashier tells me, " I forgot your order, what was it again?" I repeat my order and he goes back and makes one order, returns with it and asked me to repeat my order...so I do. He makes another item from my order and brings it to me then asked again to repeat the order. Again, I do so. He makes my order for the 3rd time and brings it to me and asked me AGAIN to repeat my order. This went on for each item I have ordered which was 6 freaking times. By this time I was ready to blow the f*** up. After he gives me my changeand all my orders, he literally leans on my vehicle from the drive-up window and has the nerve to wait for a tip. He is lucky he reminded me of kids because otherwise I would have told him off. As far as items I've odered, they were extremely good. Conclusion: Poorly managed read more

I love sonics because I can order regular food for breakfast. I work outside so the slushes and ice cream is great on a day-to-day basis. I've given this sonics several chances to keep my business but unfortunately between the rudeness, over 20 minute wait times, and even on one occasion they forgot I ordered when they told me to pull forward and I waited for 30 minutes before I became impatient. I hope I can find an alternative in this location who has better service. read more

I can't attest to the food at Sonic since I only come here for drinks or desserts. I think their shakes and sundaes are the best in the fast food circuit. Mainly because they aren't stingy with their toppings. They will really hook you up. The service is usually pretty fast, although the credit card machines can be inconsistent. read more

This sonic is located conveniently close to the airport so anytime I take someone to the airport, I make a stop here. Slow service if you're waiting for car side service, but for me it's worth it. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. So I go to this sonic tonight and they were LITERALLY refusing to take people's orders because they were "really behind". I have a few issues with being refused service... 1.) I have NEVER been denied service anywhere. They may say there will be a long wait and give me the option to stay or go but I've never been told "we aren't taking orders because we are really behind". 2.) there was MAYBE 7 cars parked and 2 in the drive thru - so how busy are you really? 3.) Hoe is it my problem that you don't know how to properly staff your establishment. Even more interesting - I asked if they could direct me to a Sonic near by that would provide me service and she said the one at the end of Cleary... Service is TERRIBLE. It takes at least 5 minutes for someone to answer the intercom. They over charged me several times and refused to correct their mistake ! It takes around 30 minutes every time I go there to get simple chicken wings and a large drink. There are more employees smoking outside then inside the establishment. read more
